★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunggu 3 jam, datang 8.30, 11.30 baru selesai, entah keselip atau gimana nunggu resep kacamatanya aja 1 jam, wasting time, disamperin 2x baru dapet, padahal dpt nomer antrian dibawah 10, yg no 30 udh dapet duluan, semua ramah , perawat dokter farmasi pendaftaran, kecuali bagian pendaftaran 1 orang kurang ramah. Ditanya sekali ngedip doang, pas ngejelasin "surat kontrol disimpen ya, jangan sampe ilang" cara ngomongnya kurang enak bgt, kaya ngejelasin ke bocah/nenek2, bener aja kan klo ga ditanya 2x ke mba2 yg ramah 1 lagi bisa2 sampe klinik tutup resep kacamatanya ga dibuat-buat.
 Waited 3 hours, arrived 8.30, 11.30 just finished, either slipped or something, just waited for the prescription for glasses for 1 hour, wasting time, arrived 2x and got it, even though the queue number was below 10, the number 30 already got it first, all friendly, nurses, pharmacists registration, except for the registration section of 1 person who is less friendly. When asked, he blinked once, when he explained, "Keep the control letter, don't lose it." The way of speaking is not very good, like explaining to children/grandmothers, isn't it true if you don't ask 2 times to friendly ladies, one more time, maybe the clinic will close the prescription for glasses or not made up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter dan perawatnya ramah, namun bagian farmasi (Apoteker) sama sekali menunjukkan wajah tidak bersahabat dan tidak ramah. Salah satu oknumnya menyampaikan dengan nada ketus kepada ayah saya "salah sendiri kenapa mata bapak katarak". Jawaban yang menurut saya tidak pantas. Saya tetap bayar melalui BPJS.
The doctors and nurses are friendly, but the pharmacy (pharmacist) looks completely unfriendly and unfriendly. One of the officers said in a curt tone to my father "it's your fault why your eyes have cataracts". I don't think that's an appropriate answer. I still pay through BPJS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pegawai cukup memuaskan, tp so sorry kualitas sgt kurang. Hasil tes sy silinder tp tdk dpt resep kacamata krn mata sy lelah jd kesulitan menentukan di silinder brp. Sy cmn dikasi obat tetes trus disuruh kontrol lg,, heiii yg sy butuh itu kacamata yg tepat, kepengen bgt sih sy periksa lg. Hahaha jd amat sgt diragukan capability klinik yg katanya khusus mata. Mending tes mata di optik2 biasa aja deh, lebih akurat kykny. Disini rame nya krn rujukan bpjs. Jdi yg pasien non bpjs kyk sy yaa harap maklum aja yaa, ini terakhir sy kesini. Asli kapok
The service of the employees is quite satisfactory, but so sorry the quality is very lacking. My test results are cylinder but I can't get a prescription for glasses because my eyes are tired so it's difficult to determine which cylinder is in which cylinder. I was just given drops and then told to check again, hey, what I need are the right glasses, I really want to check again. Hahaha, I really doubt the capability of the clinic which is said to be specifically for the eyes. It's better to do an eye test at regular optics, it's more accurate, I guess. It's crowded here because of the BPJS referral. So those who are non-bpjs patients, like me, please understand, this is the last time I'm here. Original kapok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Mata Cibubur Medika is relatively new , and as an eye clinic , it could be considered as moderate size , though it has ample space for medication rooms and waiting facility for patients . This clinic is very helpful especially for those peoples whom as BPJS insurance card holder due to its good quality , although this clinic is classified as C class according to government's health medication center classification .
The other thing is that the quantity of patients is just enough , not too crowded , so it's not too much time taken by the patients to get medication here .
I underwent cataract surgery in this clinic one month ago (14 Nov '19) for one of my eyes . The method of surgery , - " if I'm not wrong" - is phacoemulsification , and the result is really good , although it needs one month of weekly medical control by the doctor after surgery . Thanks a lot to the doctor for that !
The minor notes is for the nurses that assist the doctor , they have to improve their communication method towards the patients , because sometimes it causes misleading and misinformation .
And last but not least , this eye clinic is good , representative , and I recommend to those who have cataract problem to go to this clinic for medication .???
