Semoga semua pihak yg terlibat pembangunan ini mendapatkan balasan yg setimpal dr Allah Ψ³Ψ¨ΨΨ§ΩΩ ΩΨͺΨΉΨ§ΩΩ karena merugikan banyak warga sekitar baik dr segi kebisingan, debu,serta nanti kalo sudah jadi pasti masalah sama drainase, clean water resource, kemacetan lalu lintas. See you in the judgement day, sure we will sue all you there (related govt and authority, the developer, the contractors). Oh plus, the developer is not cooperative at all with the representatives from neighborhood.
Build an apartment in a densely populated area. Hopefully all parties involved in this development get a reward that is worthy of Allah Ψ³Ψ¨ΨΨ§ΩΩ ΩΨͺΨΉΨ§ΩΩ because it harms many residents around both in terms of noise, dust, and later if it has become a problem with drainage, clean water resources, traffic jams. β β β β β Berpikir dulu kalau mau ambil unit di apartment ini, kami terpaksa kena pasal yang dalam perjanjian awal yang memang tidak ditekankan oleh Sales nya. DP,cicilan beberapa bulan hangus serta pengembalian DP hanya 50%. Kebijakan yang diberikan adalah DP 50% bisa dikembalikan tanpa harus unit yang dipesan bisa terjual lagi. Kami mengajukan dari bulan desember 2019,Tapi sampai awal bulan maret 2020 tidak juga dikembalikan.Ditangani oleh Bu Yeyen/finance project katanya dan Pak Andi tapi tidak mau menyebutkan posisinya dan mereka berdua hanya janji masih dalam tahap proses. Spertinya uang kami mau diambil semua.sepertinya tidak ada niat baik oleh mereka.
