Parah sih bayar nya mahal perdokter 275k padahal obat gak sampe 75k. paling gak banget buat konsul ama dokter pas dtg urutan 13 lagi aja nunggu sampe 4 jam gak banget (kalo diitung kayak nya gue diselak ampe 4 orang) ini JTEC GAK BANGET. Bukan pasien asuransi bukan pasien bpjs tapi antri nya macam gratisan. Bakal balik lagi kesini? Oh tentu tidak mending cari klinik mata eksklusif harga tipis beda tapi gak perlu antri ampe EMPAT JAM.
It's really bad, the doctor is expensive to pay 275k even though the medicine doesn't reach 75k. at the very least for a consul to the doctor right on the order of 13 just waiting until 4 hours is not really (if counted as if I were swept up to 4 people) this JTEC DOES NOT SO MUCH. Not an insurance patient, not a BPJS patient, but queuing like it's free. Will you come back again? Oh of course, it's not better to look for an exclusive eye clinic with slightly different prices, but you don't need to queue for FOUR HOURS.

Pelayanan mulai dari pendaftaran sampai dengan ke poliklinik matanya (JTEC) baik dan ramah. Saya menunggu hampir 1 jam di Polikliniknya. Dokter dan perawat yang membantu ramah dan selalu memberikan informasi dan jawaban atas pertanyaan. Dokternya IB Gde Wirastana. Perawatnya saya tidak membaca papan namanya. Mohon dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan... ??
Services ranging from registration to the eye polyclinic (JTEC) are good and friendly. I waited for almost 1 hour at the Polyclinic. Doctors and nurses are helpful friendly and always provide information and answers to questions. The doctor is IB Gde Wirastana. The nurse I didn't read the sign. Please maintain and improve ... ??

Pelayanan suster buruk judes dan ketus terhadap pasien BPJS, pendaftaran BPJS sngat lama pelayanannya di tambah petugas2nya ketus2 bener.
The nurse's service is bad, bitchy and curt towards BPJS patients, BPJS registration takes a very long time, plus the officers are really curt.

Tmptnya cozy. Cuma sptnya makin hari pengunjung makin byk & kursi/sofa makin tdk mencukupi. Akan lbh baik klo diperbanyak kursi tambahan didalam atw diluar JTEC (dkt lift). Utk perawat2 disini, juara!! Ramah, baik & sabar kesemua pasien, tdk memandang pasien itu tunai maupun bpjs. Moodnya msh ttp bagus wlpn pasien sdg byk2nya & saat menanggapi pasien yg cenderung ngeyel. Sdgkn perlakuan dokternya msh ada yg tergantung pasiennya; klo pasien tunai, dokter tsb melayaninya bisa luar biasa bgt. Giliran bpjs, mulai tuh judeknya keliatan & pemeriksaan seadanya. Tapi, disini ada 1 dokter yg baik ke semua pasien; mau itu bpjs atwpun tunai perlakuannya sama. Makanya nggak heran beliau byk bgt pasiennya. Utk pendaftaran/buat janji bertemu dokter sayangnya kurang optimal. Wlpn tersedia layanan pendaftaran via telp, nyatanya pas kita telp justru kita diberi no.telp lain utk pendaftaran dibawah saja. Sdh daftar dibawah, ttp saja diatas msh daftar lg. Sdgkn klo disalah satu RS mata lain, kita cukup daftar ke 1 line telp saja dan kita tinggal menunggu sms no.urut utk bertemu dokter besoknya. Bhkn tinggal daftar diaplikasi dgn mudah. Utk ruangan klo bisa dibwt ramah terhadap pasien pengguna kursi roda. Posisi mesin tensi jgn ditaruh dilorong pojok belakang sdgkn disepanjang lorong ada kursi tunggu pasien. Space agak susah buat lalu lalang kursi roda.
It looks cozy. It's just like more and more visitors and the chairs / sofas are increasingly inadequate. It would be better if additional chairs were added inside or outside JTEC (in the elevator). For nurses here, champions !! Friendly, kind & patient to all patients, regardless of the patient's cash or bpjs. The mood is still good but the patient is at the same time & when responding to patients who tend to be crazy. Regardless of the doctor's treatment there may still depend on the patient; if the patient is cash, the doctor can serve him extraordinary. It's bpj's turn, it starts to look ridiculous and improper inspection. But, here is 1 good doctor to all patients; want it bpjs atwpun cash the same treatment. So no wonder he was very patient. For registration / appointment to see a doctor is unfortunately not optimal. Wlpn registration service is available via telephone, in fact when we tel we are actually given another phone number for registration below only. After the list below, just above the list again. If at one of the other eye hospitals, we just need to register to one phone line and we are just waiting for the sms to meet the doctor tomorrow. Even the list is easily applied. For a room, it can be friendly to wheelchair users. The position of the tension machine should not be placed in the back corner but along the aisle there is a patient waiting chair. Space is rather difficult for a wheelchair passing.
