pelayanananya ga bagus.. sangat di sayangkan. Dokter nya yg cewe ga proporsional bgt. masa gw baru berobat di sangka baru kmrn berobat. hadewh.. gw bayar ya.. mo tiap hari ke peribahasanya siapa sih yg mau sakit. kan bisa di liat di historis nya. kayanya admin nya jg kurang profesional. harus di sidak tu klinik. Males gw berobat ke situ lg. lngsng mau gw pindahin bpjs nya.

Pelayanan administrasi pendaftaran buruk. Sudah tidak ramah, sewot apalagi yg perempuan kurus pakai kacamata. Pelayanan juga lama malah haha hihi ngobrol bukannya segera dilayani. Sudah konsul dengan dokternya alhamdulillah dapat dokter perempuan yg ramah dan mendengarkan keluhan, dikasih rujukan untuk ke rumah sakit... tapi justru di administrasi pendaftaran itulah yang prosesnya lama alasan ini itu, sampai akhirnya saya putuskan untuk kembali keesokan harinya karena lihat jadwal dokter di rumah sakit yg di rujuk ada di hari esoknya. Keesokan harinya saya balik ke klinik untuk ambil rujukan sebelum jam praktek dokter rumah sakitnya, petugas administrasi berbeda dari hari kemarin, tapi sama saja pelayanannya lama dengan alasan sedang banyak pasien dan tidak ramah. Saya diminta meninggalkan kartu bpjs saya. Saya kasih. Petugasnya terus mengoceh sedang banyak pasien mereka bilang. Padahal pasien yg ada disitu sudah selesai daftar tinggal nunggu giliran masuk dan petugas hanya perlu memanggil nama. Disitu ada 4 petugas administrasi. Saya fikir surat rujukan saya dikerjakan, saat saya lihat ibunya sedang main hp duduk, lalu saya tanya lagi dia malah sewot dan tanya ada keperluan apa? Kartu bpjs nya mana? Bener bener kesal rasanya.

The next day I went back to the clinic to take a referral before the doctor's practice hours at the hospital, the administrative staff was different from yesterday, but the service was the same because there were a lot of patients and not friendly. I was asked to leave my bpjs card. I give. The staff keeps on blabbering while many patients they say. Even though the patients who were there had finished registering, they just waited for their turn to enter and the officers only needed to call their names. There are 4 administrative officers. I thought my referral letter was done, when I saw his mother playing on the cellphone sitting, then I asked again he was annoyed and asked what was the need? Where's the bpjs card? It's really really annoyed.

Bagian pendaftaran nya berisik banget haha hihi ketawa2 kenceng pas jam kerja ? Pas di panggil dapet dokter cewe, konsultasi ga nyampe 3 menit selesai ... - Tidak di tensi darah - tidak di periksa/ di pegang - tidak di chek bengkak saya - dokter hanya duduk di kursi tanpa memegang pasien, terus kasih obat 1 doang. Padahal saat itu tangan saya bengkak besar karena vaksin Baru pertama kali kesini, NO BANGET !!!! .

Pelayanan buruk, minta SKD malah dikasih SKB. Padahal beneran gering aing teh!! Alhasil cuti aing kena potong perusahaan.

Dokter amit-amit inisialnya F.H, tahun lalu gw suka kesini gara" pelayanannya lumayan, skrg gak banget.. Masa gw sakit tipes dibilangnya penyakit biasa, trus disuruh ke IGD RS tapi bayar pribadi, kalo mau pake bpjs bilangnya gabisa, lu harus muntah" dlu lah kan tdi gw udh bilang ada muntahnya.. masa juga orang tipes dikasih istirahat cuman 1 hari ? Padahal gw bayar, kagak pake bpjs.. Bilang pusing kagak ditensi, bilang demam gak dicek suhu, cuman nanya" doang..

Baru pertama kali berobat pelayanan nya parah engga lagi" kesitu walaupun gratis, minta skd dikasih skb masa iya harus berak mencret di depan dokter nya baru di kasih skd gila kali ah, alhasil kena potongan gaji gegara ga dapet skd
