★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bpk saya minta rujukan ga dikasih pdhal butuh krn tiap minggu harus kontrol krn penyakit'y ud macem², tp kata dokter'y harus cek lab, dll ke RS dulu (harus byr sndiri sekitar 500rb s/d 1jt dikasih rujukan lab) pdhal faskes 1 dipindahin dr kab.bekasi ke krwang spy deket. Ya, klo harus byr sndiri mh, langsung aja ke RS gede ngapain ke faskes 1 lg.
Saya kasih bintang 3, krn klinik'y kliatan bersih. Tampak gedung'y niat dan bagus.
Bpk, I asked for a referral not to be given if it needs it because every week you have to control it because you have a variety of illnesses, but the doctor said you have to check the lab, etc. to the hospital first (you have to give yourself around 500 thousand to 1 million, give a lab referral) for health facilities 1 moved from Kab.bekasi to Krwang Spy Deket. Yes, if you have to by yourself, just go to big hospital, what to do with one more health facility.
I give 3 stars, because the clinic looks clean. Looks building'y intentions and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 22/05/2021 pacar saya berobat ke klinik ini niat nya mau minta rujukan buat berobat ke RS tapi TIDAK di kasih,, dan dokter yang yang di mintai surat rujukan(dokter cowok tinggi brewokan) malah menolak dan tidak kasih surat rujukan nya,, aneh nya kenapa bisa kaya gitu?? Datang baik2, bayar sudah tapi kenapa sesulit itu untuk minta surat rujukan,, klinik nya bagus tapi kenapa dokter nya ada yang seperti itu aneh...
On 22/05/2021 my boyfriend went to this clinic, his intention was to ask for a referral for treatment at the hospital but was NOT given, and the doctor who was asked for a referral letter (a male doctor with a tall beard) refused and did not give his referral letter, , how strange is that so rich ?? Come OK, pay already but why is it that difficult to ask for a referral letter ,, the clinic is good but why are there doctors like that weird ...

Ada apa dengan klinik ini ?
Apakah orang sakit harus nunggu besok harinya untuk berobat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya minus banget, yang pertama okelah masih bisa dimaklumi. dateng kedua kali masi sama, orang niat nya mau berobat pas ditanya jawabnya ketus banget sama sinis. cukup deh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya cukup baik, hanya saja memang seperti di ulasan sebelumnya, untuk bagian pelayanan ibu resepsionis (Rsp) nya terasa agak kurang ramah saja saat menyambut pengunjung, mungkin bukan maksud beliau untuk tidak ramah tapi mungkin hanya cara penyampaiannya saja yang kurang pas dan sudah menjadi kebiasaan...
Ibu rsp : "Bapak mau apa pak?!" (dengan sedikit nada tinggi dan tatapan sedikit tajam) jujur agak sedikit kaget saja... Loh kok kayak yg marah ya sama saya? (dalam hati) hehe
Mungkin menurut saya kata-kata nya bisa diganti dengan menambahkan sapaan terlebih dahulu seperti selamat pagi, atau pagi pak... "Ada yang bisa dibantu? " sambil senyum, mungkin akan terasa sejuk di hati para pasien dan pengunjung yang datang, atau mungkin orang sakit yang bisa jadi langsung sembuh... Saat disapa seperti itu... Hehe
Tapi kesananya cukup ramah kok...
Untuk pelayanan petugas pengambilan sampel nya cukup ramah dan enak diajak komunikasi...
Untuk ruangan nya cukup bersih dan terawat, dari tempat resepsionis ada lorong sedikit kemudian di dalamnya terdapat ruang tunggu cukup luas dan tersedia banyak kursi untuk menunggu panggilan...
Yang terlihat selewat ada ruang poli umum, poli gigi, dll kemudian di ruang tunggu ada tempat pemeriksaan mata, dan di belakang ada tempat pengambilan sample untuk pemeriksaan antigen dan PCR dengan halaman terbuka yang cukup luas ke belakang...
Di samping klinik ada apotek untuk pengambilan obat resep dokter... Sempat salah masuk tapi diarahkan dengan ramah...
Untuk halaman depan tersedia tempat parkir yang cukup untuk beberapa kendaraan roda dua dan cukup untuk lebih kurang 2 unit kendaraan roda empat...
#ada pemungutan uang parkir...
Itu saja ulasan dari saya lebih kurangnya saya mohon maaf, semoga bermanfaat untuk semua dan untuk kemajuan klinik yang lebih baik lagi...

The service is quite good, it's just like in the previous review, for the service section the receptionist (Rsp) feels a bit less friendly when welcoming visitors, maybe it's not her intention to be unfriendly but maybe it's just the way of delivery that doesn't fit and has become habit...
Mrs. rsp: "What do you want, sir?!" (with a slightly high-pitched tone and a slightly sharp gaze) Honestly, I'm a little surprised... Why are you angry with me? (in my heart) hehe
Maybe I think the words can be replaced by adding a greeting first, such as good morning, or morning sir... "Can I help you?" with a smile, maybe it will feel cool in the hearts of patients and visitors who come, or maybe people a pain that can be cured instantly... When addressed like that... Hehe
But it's quite friendly there...
For service, the sampling officer is quite friendly and easy to communicate with...
The room is quite clean and well-maintained, from the reception area there is a little hallway then inside there is a fairly spacious waiting room and there are many chairs available to wait for calls...
What can be seen is that there is a general poly room, dental clinic, etc. Then in the waiting room there is an eye examination area, and at the back there is a sampling area for antigen and PCR examination with a wide open page to the back...
Beside the clinic there is a pharmacy for taking prescription drugs... Had the wrong entry but was directed in a friendly manner...
For the front yard there is enough parking space for several two-wheeled vehicles and enough for approximately 2 units of four-wheeled vehicles...
