konsultasi sama dokternya pun memuaskan dokternya ramah enak buat diajak konsultasi penyampaian nya pun jelas, kliniknya bersih, ruang tunggunya luas nyaman untuk menunggu giliran masuk ke ruangan dokternya.???
 All clinical services are satisfactory, starting from registration, cashiers and pharmacies, all the staff are friendly, neat and polite.
the consultation with the doctor is also satisfying, the doctor is friendly, nice to consult, the delivery is clear, the clinic is clean, the waiting room is spacious, comfortable to wait for your turn to enter the doctor's room.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka jam 7. Sampe antrian udah banyak di jam 7.45 tetep belom ada recepsionistnya. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi. Kalo memanh buka jam 7 harusnya sudah siap semua di jam 7. Org mau berobat karna sakit malah harus nunggu lama banget bukan karna antrian tp karna servicenya belom ada yg dateng.
Opens at 7. Until the queue is already a lot at 7.45 there is still no receptionist. Please improve again. If it opens at 7, everything should be ready at 7. People who want to seek treatment because they are sick have to wait a very long time, not because of the queue, but because the service hasn't come yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat ke poli gigi disini, dan alhamdulillah pelayanannya memuaskan. Dokter giginya sangat ramah, penyampaian saat konsultasi sangat jelas, dan ruang poli nya juga sangat nyaman ditambah warnanya yang bernuansa ungu hehehe mantap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg relatif lengkap, lokasi strategis. Namun antrian panjang hendaknya jumlah dokter yg praktek jgn hanya 1 sebaiknya ditambah utk mengurai antrian terimakasih.

di karawang ada klinik yg sangat memperhatikan pasien...
ceritanya saya sedang berkunjung kerumah orangtua, karena perjalanan malamnya saya demam
dibawa ke klinik ar rahman..
pelayanan nya cepat, keluhan saya pusing seperti mau pingsan dan dicek suhunya sekitar 39 derajat celcius.
maka perawat yg jaga membawa saya langsung ke igd agar bisa berbaring dan agar langsung ditangani oleh dokter. setelah itu saya disuruh memberikan identitas berupa ktp atau bpjs yg saya punya.. kebetulan bpjs saya itu bukan faskes diklinik ar rahman tetapi faskes puskesmas dikota bandung. Ternyata perawatnya ramah memberikan keringanan bahwa saya bisa menggunakan bpjs klinik ar rahman karena saya termasuk golongan pasien gawat yg perlu ditangani cepat.
Jadi jika bpjs kita luar kota tetapi kita sedang sakit yg tergolong gawat atau darurat bisa kita gunakan diklinik ar rahman.. sangat memudahkan sekali yaaa
Alhamdulilah .. saya dilayani dengan baik dari mulai pendaftaran hingga mendapatkan obatnya..

the story is that I was visiting my parents' house, because of the night trip I had a fever
brought to ar rahman clinic..
the service is fast, my complaint is dizzy like I want to pass out and the temperature is checked around 39 degrees Celsius.
So the nurse on duty took me straight to the emergency room so that I could lie down and be treated by a doctor immediately. After that I was asked to provide an identity in the form of an ID card or BPJS that I have.. Coincidentally, my BPJS is not a health facility at the Ar Rahman Clinic but a health facility at the Puskesmas in Bandung. It turned out that the friendly nurse gave me relief that I could use the bpjs ar rahman clinic because I belonged to a group of critical patients who needed to be treated quickly.
So if our bpjs is out of town but we are sick, which is classified as emergency or emergency, we can use the ar rahman clinic.. it's very easy
Alhamdulilah.. I was served well from registration to getting the medicine..
