★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, mengecewakan. Pernah dibohongi waktu istri pasang iud. Bilangnya ada iud Nova t, dan yg dipasang Nova t, ternyata iud andalan yg dipasang. Tolong ya jangan bohongi pasien, karena ngga semua pasien bodoh dan bisa dibohongi.
Bad service, disappointing. Ever been lied to when the wife put the IUD. He said there was an iud Nova t, and the one that was installed was a Nova t, it turned out that the mainstay iud was installed. Please don't lie to patients, because not all patients are stupid and can be lied to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, mengecewakan, membohongi pasien. Saya kecewa memilih faskes 1 di klinik ini. Saya bukan merupakan orang yg awam saja bisa dibohongi bagaimana dg pasien yg awam dan manut2 saja? Saya sarankan pindah klinik saja
Bad service, disappointing, lying to patients. I was disappointed to choose health facility 1 at this clinic. I'm not just a layman who can be lied to, what about ordinary and obedient patients? I suggest moving clinics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semenjak bisa pakai BPJS pelayanan buruk.. istri mau lahiran berkali2 di suru balik lagi test ini itu supaya bayar yg gak di cover bpjs , sampe akhirnya gak jadi lahiran ditempat tersebut.. ?
Buat apa punya bpjs kalo gitu.
Karena kawatir pas lahiran tdk di layani dengan baik, karyawan jg berisik kaya bukan diklinik aja.

What's the point of having a bpjs if that's the case.
Because they are worried that when the birth is not served properly, the employees are also noisy, not just in the clinic.
