Saya datang jam 15.20 dan info cs nya ga bisa ke dokter gigi karena sudah habis. What habis?? jam prakteknya masih panjang loh padahal..
Perjalanan dari rumah saya ke klinik lumayan jauh sekitar 40 menit, dan jadi wasting time banget.
Selama masih panjang waktu prakteknya please jangan sedikit banget buat terima pasiennya.

The journey from my house to the clinic is quite far, about 40 minutes, and it's really wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya 1 dokter (laki2 masih muda) yang menurut saya profesional dan ramah terhadap pasien. Dokter lainnya (laki2 dan perempuan tidak muda) menurut saya tidak profesional dan sungguh2 menangani pasien, malas memeriksa pasien dengan sungguh2 dan menurut saya analisa nya bahkan tidak meyakinkan. Saya pribadi menjadikan klinik Hanifa sebagai faskes keanggotaan BPJS karena dekat rumah dan hanya agar dekat jika sakit berat hingga harus meminta surat rujukan ke Rumah Sakit.
Only 1 doctor (young male) who I think is professional and patient friendly. Other doctors (men and women are not young) in my opinion are unprofessional and really treat patients, lazy to examine patients seriously and in my opinion the analysis is not even convincing. I personally made the Hanifa clinic a BPJS membership health facility because it was close to my house and only to be close if I was seriously ill so I had to ask for a referral letter to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selama berobat disini baru hari ini kasih nilai buruk buat salah satu dokter yang menurut gw bad attitude. dokter sebelumnya udah saranin buat dirujuk kalo emang belom ada perubahan karna saya sebelumnya pernah mengalami pendarahan didalam perut, tapi pas tadi diperiksa sama dokter yang cewek malah tidak diperbolehkan untuk dirujuk dengan alasan dicoba dengan obat yang lain dulu. dan lebih gak sukanya lagi pelayanan yang diberikan gak welcome, berbeda dengan dokter ali. dokter ali bener2 diperiksa dan komunikasinya gak jauh banget menghormati pasien. yang bikin klinik ini ratingnya kecil ya karna pelayanan dari dokter tidak maksimal, harusnya ada SOP dalam menangani pasien, semoga ini bisa menjadi masukan kedepannya terutama untuk dokter anita lebih diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya dalam melayani pasien.
During treatment here, today I gave a bad score to one doctor who in my opinion had a bad attitude. The doctor previously suggested that I be referred if there hasn't been any change because I've had bleeding in my stomach before, but when I was examined by a female doctor, I wasn't even allowed to be referred on the grounds that I had tried other drugs first. and what I don't like is that the services provided are not welcome, unlike Dr. Ali. doctor ali was really examined and the communication was not very respectful of the patient. what makes this clinic a small rating is because the service from the doctor is not optimal, there should be an SOP in dealing with patients, hopefully this can be input in the future, especially for Anita's doctor to further improve his service in serving patients.
