Hari ini tgl 18-09-2021 brobat ke naufal diana skitar jam 14.00 dgn keluhan demam,lemes,kepala pusing,jalan sempoyongan dgn dokter bpk2 tua berpeci minta skd ga diksih smpe mohon2 krna emang g kuat buat masuk kerja tetep ga diksih skdnya pdhal itu buat bukti ditmpat krja saya pdhal apa susahnya sih bkin skd doang auto ganti faskes kecwa bgt

Klinik g jelas orang mau brobat malak di rujuk kemana 2 orang berobat mah di kasih obat dulu trus di rujuk atau gimana in masuk ruang dokter langsung ngomong di rujuk.
The clinic is not clear if people want Brobat Malak to be referred to where 2 people are treated, I am given medicine first and then referred or how to enter the doctor's room and speak directly to be referred.

Kurang puas hari ini periksa di sana sama dokter bpk2 sudah berumur ber peci. Trkesan acuh sama pasien, wl kita bpjs kita juga bayar bukan gratis. Cuma ditanya kluhan trus senter jarak jauh. Sudah kasih resep. Apaan itu. trkesan kurang profesional. Lebih sreg sm dokter ria setidaknya trkesan respek sama pasien, lumayan hambel. Mohon di tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya, krn wl bpjs pun kita tetap bayar.

Kalau mau berobat ke klinik ini, saya sarankan jangan di hari Sabtu karena kalau di hari Sabtu akan dilayani oleh dokter tua berpeci yang sangat2 tidak profesional dan cenderung cuek dan tidak peduli dengan apa yang dialami pasien.. dokter yang sangat baik dan profesional di klinik ini namanya Dr. Pahnuri Akbar.. biasanya beliau tugas di hari Selasa..
If you want to go to this clinic for treatment, I suggest not on Saturday because on Saturday you will be served by an old doctor in a cap who is very unprofessional and tends to be indifferent and doesn't care about what the patient is experiencing.. a very good and professional doctor at this clinic his name is Dr. Pahnuri Akbar.. he usually works on Tuesdays..

Pelayanan dokternya cukup buruk, yang aki" sudah tau yang namanya berobat itu sedang sakit, dan saya pekerja, ketika meminta surat dokter, dokternya yang tua malah ga ngasih dan bilang loh itu hak saya mau ngasih atau tidak. MENTANG-MENTANG DI COVER BPJS.

Pagi ini mau berobat, sampai klinik masih tutup Jam 07.10 WIB dan pintu terkunci. Saat itu ada pasien lain jg yg parkir didepan mau berobat. Sy coba tekan bel (kurang tau berfungsi atau tidak) dan mengetuk pintu, akhirnya petugas klinik keluar sekitar jam 07.20 WIB lalu bilang bahwa klinik buka jam 08.00 WIB. Lalu sy tanya bukankah ini klinik 24jam? Petugasnyapun menjawab, bahwa selama masa pandemi klinik hanya beropasi mulai jam 08.00 s/d 23.00 WIB. Akhirnya saya mendftar untuk berobat dan menunggu sampai jam 08.00 WIB Jam 07.45 WIB saya ditensi oleh petugas laki² dipendaftaran. Jam 07.56 WIB datang seorang wanita dan langsung masuk keruang obat (entah apoteker atau dokter). Jam 08.00 WIB saya dipanggil untuk masuk keruang Dokter untuk periksa. Jam 08.05 WIb saya diberikan obat dan SKD untuk istirahat dirumah Terima kasih pelayanan cepatnya. semoga klinik bisa kembali aktif 24jam dan pandemi berakhir
This morning I was going for treatment, until the clinic was still closed at 07.10 WIB and the door was locked. At that time there was another patient who was parked in front for treatment. I tried pressing the bell (don't know if it worked or not) and knocking on the door, finally the clinic staff came out at around 07.20 WIB and said that the clinic was open at 08.00 WIB. Then I asked isn't this a 24 hour clinic? The officer also replied that during the pandemic period the clinic only operated from 08.00 to 23.00 WIB. Finally I signed up for treatment and waited until 08.00 WIB At 07.45 WIB I was put under tension by a male officer at the registration. At 07.56 WIB, a woman came and went straight to the medicine room (either pharmacist or doctor). At 08.00 WIB I was called to enter the doctor's room to check. At 08.05 WIT I was given medicine and SKD to rest at home Thank you for the fast service. Hopefully the clinic can be active again 24 hours and the pandemic ends
