★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik bagus berkualitas. ada dokter umum, dokter Gigi, dan bidan. Pelayanan mantap. Mulai ramai jam 3 sore. Dan jam 6 maghrib. Menerima pasien BPJS. Ada musholla.
Good quality clinic. there are general practitioners, dentists, and midwives. Great service. Start crowded at 3pm. And at 6 AM. Receive BPJS patients. There is a musholla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat disini, saya ke dokter gigi untuk scalling (30 Okt 2021)..dan itu jadi yang terakhir kalinya buat saya.. ngga mau lagi scalling dsni..Karena dokter tidak men-scalling gigi saya dengan hati2 dan menyebabkan luka lebam di mulut kiri saya..
The first time I had treatment here, I went to the dentist for scaling (30 Oct 2021)..and that was the last time for me.. I don't want to do the scaling anymore..Because the doctor didn't scan my teeth carefully and it caused bruises on my teeth. my left mouth

Pelayanan nya bagus..
Bawa ank kecil yg rewel cukup aman,krna ada hiburan mreka liat² ikan dkolam dlm ruangan..
Dlengkapi CCTV....
Clean clinic..
The medical staff is friendly... polite..
The service is good..
Bring a fussy little child, it's safe enough, because there is entertainment for them to see fish in the indoor pool..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x terakhir ini saya berobat ke Afiah kurang puas dgn dokter umumnya, yg masih cukup muda tidak berjilbab, kebetulan ditangani dgn dokter yg sama. Entah beliau dokter baru atau memang dokter tetap. Pengalaman krg enak yg pertama saya alami sekitar setahun lalu, saat masuk hanya duduk ditanya2 keluhan dgn jarak antara meja dokter dan kursi pasien yg sangat berjauhan. Padahal sebagai pasien yg sedang sakit tentunya kita ingin ada pemeriksaan yg lebih mendetail selain hanya sekedar jawab pertanyaan. Kedua kalinya bertemu dokter ini saat sy membawa anak sy berobat karena demam, tubuh anak balita sy sama sekali tidak dicek. Dokter hanya tanya gejala dan yg paling membuat sy kecewa adalah setiap pertanyaan saya dijawab oleh dokter tsb dgn jawaban yg agak sinis dan terkesan meremehkan, sedangkan kita sebagai orang awam tidak mengerti kondisi yg sebenarnya. Setidaknya beliau menunjukkan empati kpd pasien atau keluarga pasien yg sedang kuatir dan panik. Di luar hal tsb sebenarnya saya puas dgn pelayanan klinik Afiah, terutama dokter favorit saya Ibu Dina Umar, sampai2 saya memindahkan faskes BPJS saya ke klinik ini. Semoga kritik yg sy curahkan bisa menjadi masukan utk Klinik Afiah menjadi lebih baik lagi ke depannya. Terima kasih.
The last 2 times I went to Afiah for treatment, I was not satisfied with the general doctor, who was still quite young and didn't wear a headscarf, and happened to be treated by the same doctor. Either he is a new doctor or he is a permanent doctor. The first krg experience I had was about a year ago, when I came in, I just sat down and asked about my complaints with the distance between the doctor's desk and the patient's chair which was very far apart. Even though as patients who are sick, of course, we want a more detailed examination other than just answering questions. The second time I met this doctor, when I took my child for treatment because of a fever, the body of my toddler was not checked at all. The doctor only asked about the symptoms and what disappointed me the most was that every question I asked was answered by the doctor with a somewhat cynical and dismissive answer, while we as ordinary people do not understand the actual condition. At least he showed empathy to the patient or the patient's family who was worried and panicked. Apart from that, I am actually satisfied with Afiah's clinic services, especially my favorite doctor, Mrs. Dina Umar, to the point that I moved my BPJS health facility to this clinic. I hope the criticism that I pour out can be input for Afiah Clinic to be even better in the future. Thank you.
