Ini pertama kalinya aku dateng ke klinik athena. Dari pertama kali masuk sudah disambut hangat sama mba mba resepsionisnya. Ramah, lembut, dan sopan bagian ini bintang 5 sih ? oh iya penjelasan mba nya cukup jelas jadi aku sebagai orang yg pertama kali ke klinik ini gak kebingungan.
Setelah daftar ini itu masuk ke ruang konsul ketemu dengan dokternya. Waktu itu aku dilayani oleh dr Vera. Sama seperti resepsionis, dokternya ramah dan lembuuut suaranya. Dari pengalaman aku yg pernah ke klinik kecantikan brand X, Y, Z dokter disini yg paling memuaskan sih menurutku. Bener bener rasanya seperti konsultasi gak cuma dilihat doang ujug ujug kasih saran treatmen/cream. Jadi tuh disinj Dokternya nanyain riwayat penggunaan skincare aku, keluhan kulit aku, dan dilihat kondisi kulitnya pake macro-camera (cmiiw) gitu. Dari situ baru deh dokternya diagnosis masalahku karna ini dan itu, baru kemudian di kasih saran perawatan yg aku butuhkan apa aja. Waktu itu dokternya saranin aku untuk laser acne dan crystal peeling. Untuk dokter aku kasih bintang 5 rekomended banget buat kamu yg masih bingung atau ga tau kulit muka kalian harus diapain ? dari pada random coba coba beb dokter disini cukup informatif. Gak abal abal.
Nah dr dokter aku ke kasir lagi buat konfirmasi treatment juga harganya. Untuk laser acne dikenakan 1.5jt dan crystal peeling 600K beeeeb. Ingin ku menangis melihat harganya ? oh iya setiap abis treatment wajib pake cream anti iritasi nya gitu dan aku kan pertama kali kesini jadi wajib beli juga. Untuk creamnya 150K. Melihat harga yg segitu aku jadi punya ekspektasi lebih dr pda klinik yg pernah aku singgahi.
Setelah bayar tagihan kemudian masuk lah aku ke ruang treatment.Di ruangan ini ada 2 bed dan cukup nyaman. Sama dengan mba resepsionis, mba yg layanin aku juga ramah.
Naah yang bikin agak kecewa buat aku adalah dengan harga segitu proses treatment yang di dapat gak banyak. Jadi abis di cuci muka, di uap sebentaaaar banget +-3 menit kayaknya. Abis itu langsung di cabut cabutin deh tuh komedonya terus dikasih cairan apaa gitu lupa terus laser deh sama dokternya. Beda sama di klinik X yg cukup sering aku kunjungi, di klinik X, sebelum di pretelin mukanya ada buanyak treatment yg di lakukan sampe aku pun merasa kulit aku udah cukup rileks dan siap, jadi ga terlalu sakit gitu.
Daaaan selain itu yg bikin kurang puas adalah suasana ruangan treatmentnya kurang tenang. Mba mba nya dan dokter ngobrol seperti biasa, suara benda jatuh braak bruuk beberapa kali terdengar. Sama sekali tidak tenang. Suasanya bukan yg membuat kita jadi rileks sampai ketiduran gitu. Untuk harga segitu aku pikir athena bisa ngasih layanan yg lebih baik dr pada klinik sebelah yg harganya lebih murah 50% tapi suasanya jauh lebih nyamaaan sekali sampai bisa ketiduran gitu.
Jadi gitu beb review dari aku pertama kali nyobain athena. Bakal dateng lagi atau nggak ? Hmmmm... dalam waktu dekat atau next treatment kayaknya ngga dulu ✌️

This is the first time I've come to the Athens clinic. From the first time you entered, you were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Ms. Friendly, gentle, and polite, this part is 5 stars ? oh yes, the explanation is quite clear, so I'm not the first person to come to this clinic.
After this list, go to the consul to meet the doctor. At that time I was served by Dr. Vera. Just like the receptionist, the doctor was friendly and his voice was soft. From my experience, who have been to beauty clinic brands X, Y, Z, the doctor here is the most satisfying in my opinion. It really feels like a consultation not just seen, I just give advice on treats / creams. So the doctor asked me about my skincare history, my skin complaints, and saw the condition of the skin using a macro-camera (cmiiw). From there, the doctor diagnosed my problem because of this and that, and then he was given advice on what kind of treatment I needed. At that time the doctor advised me for laser acne and crystal peeling. For doctors, I really recommend 5 stars for those of you who are still confused or don't know what to do with your facial skin ? instead of random, try trying to get a doctor here, which is quite informative. It doesn't matter.
So from the doctor, I went to the cashier again to confirm the treatment as well as the price. Laser acne is used for 1.5 million rupiah and 600K beeeeb crystal peels. I want to cry seeing the price ? oh yeah after every treatment you have to use anti-irritation cream like that and I'm here for the first time so I have to buy it too. The cream is 150K. Seeing that price, I have more expectations than the clinic I have been to.
After paying the bill then I entered the treatment room. In this room there are 2 beds and it is quite comfortable. Same with the receptionist, the one who serves me is also friendly.
So what makes me a little disappointed is that the treatment process is not that much. So after washing your face, in the steam it really seems + -3 minutes. After that, I immediately pulled it out, the comedy continued to be given any liquid, so forgot to keep the laser with the doctor. It's different from clinic X, which I visited quite often, at clinic X, before pretending my face there were a lot of treatments done until I felt my skin was quite relaxed and ready, so it didn't hurt too much.
Daaaan besides that what makes you less satisfied is that the atmosphere of the treatment room is less calm. The mba and the doctor chatted as usual, the sound of falling objects was heard several times. Not at all calm. The atmosphere is not what makes us relax until we fall asleep. For that price, I think Athena can provide better service than the clinic next door which is 50% cheaper but the atmosphere is so much more comfortable that you can fall asleep.
So that's a review from me for the first time trying Athena. Will you come again or not? Hmmmm ... in the near future or the next treatment doesn't seem like it used to be ✌️

I've been wanting to try the treatment here for a long time, but the timing isn't right, so buy the product first, try it first, hopefully it fits.
