★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ga suka dokternya. Sangat cuek. Dokter nya cewe pake masker. Saya datang hari rabu jam 11 kira2.
Saya ditanya kenapa, saya jawab. Dan dia ga tanya lebih lanjut kalau saya gak menjelaskan. Dan nadanya cuek banget.
Saya ditensi bahkan tensi pun ga dikastau. Saya jadi malas nanya. Pas dia buat resep, saya bilang keluhan saya sakitnya dimana aja. Dan dia coret2 resepnya. Coba saya ga bilang keluhan, bisa jadi saya diberi yg lain. Saya demam tinggi tapi ga di termoneter. Hanya dipegang itu jg bentar bgt.
Harusnya dokter itu melayani pasien, menanyakan apakah yg dirasakan pasien, sakit dimana dan memberikan diagnosa sementara.
Cara nya ituloh. Saya jujur gak suka.
Selesainya pun saya bilang makasih dia gak jawab apa2. Sampai saya tanya lagi ke resepsionis tensi saya brapa tadi. Dan resepsionis masuk ke ruang periksa. Baru saya tau tensi saya.
Di klinik ini gak diberikan kartu pasien. Gak diberikan kuitansi.
Sungguh kecewa.
Pertama kali saya ketemu dokter seperti ini.
I don't like the doctor. Very ignorant. The doctor is wearing a mask. I came Wednesday at 11 p.m.
I was asked why, I answered. And he didn't ask further if I didn't explain. And the tone is very cool.
I was tensioned, not even blood pressure. I was lazy to ask. When he made the recipe, I said my complaint was sick everywhere. And he scribbled the recipe. Let me not say a complaint, I might be given another one. I have a high fever but I don't have a thermoneter. Just hold it for a little while.
The doctor should serve the patient, ask what the patient feels, where the pain and provide a temporary diagnosis.
The way it is. I honestly don't like it.
I finished saying, thank you, he did not answer anything. Until I ask again to the receptionist what my tension was. And the receptionist enters the inspection room. I just found out my blood pressure.
At this clinic no patient card is given. Not given a receipt.
Really disappointed.
The first time I met a doctor like this.

1. Setelah di tensi saya ga dksh tau tensi saya brp
2. Saya bilang sakit panas tp ga di termometer
3. Kalau saya ga tanya dokter ga ngomong apa2, hanya sebatasnya saja.
4. Ga di kasih kwitansi pula
Semoga ini bsa menjadi perbaikan utk klinik Kartika ke depannya. Mungkin saya jga pas apes dpt dokter yg ala kadarnya.

It was the first time and I was disappointed
1. After being tensioned I don't know my blood pressure is high
2. I said, I don't have heat but it's not in the thermometer
3. If I don't ask the doctor, don't say anything, it's only limited.
4. Not receipt as well
Hopefully this can be an improvement for the Kartika clinic going forward. Maybe I also deserve to get a doctor who is perfunctory.
Hopefully it will be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama menunggu dokter gigi tdk sesuai dgn jam peraktek, tp kinerja beliau bagus, jujur. Costumer service tdk pernah menjawab telephone, tidak ada nota pembayaran. Saya tidak suka membuka sepatu di klinik ini khususnya di masa pandemic.
The long wait for the dentist was not in accordance with the hours of practice, but his performance was good, to be honest. Customer service never answers the telephone, there is no receipt. I don't like taking my shoes off in this clinic especially during a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meskipun hari minggu, klinik ini tetap buka, which is great karena kita semua tau sakit itu gak kenal waktu. I didn't have to wait for too long until I can meet the doctor, and there is some newspaper available if you wish to read it while waiting. The clinic is fully air-conditioned, so you wouldn't have to battle the iconic Jakarta Heat™ along with your sickness. Though, I am not sure about the weighing scale they use in the Doctor's room, because it says that I'm 36 kgs, which is practically impossible...
