★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terbantu sekali dg adanya klinik hewan 24jam di saat ada kejadian emergency. Hanya saja, perlu lebih siap utk pelayanan emergency case, baik dr sisi SDM, peralatan, obat2an dan sistem mekanismenya.
 It is very helpful to have a 24 hour veterinary clinic in the event of an emergency. It's just that we need to be more prepared for emergency case services, both in terms of human resources, equipment, medicines and mechanism systems.

Untung ad kliniknini yg 24jam n pelayanan lengkap.kelinciku jatuh jam 9 malam. Cuss k sana jm21.40 masih bs rontgen .. jm11 br pulang hati tenang tnyt kelinciku ga patah tulng. Thamks dr Tika!!

Luckily there is a clinic that is 24 hours and complete service. My rabbit fell at 9 pm. Cuss there jm21.40 still can x-ray.. jm11 br go home calm down, see that my rabbit didn't break his bones. Thanks Dr Tika!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativ lange Wartezeit und relativ kleiner Warteraum. Das kann besser gelöst werden, die Behandlung hingegen war in Ordnung. Sehr positiv, dass der Arzt Englisch sprechen konnte. Die empfohlenen Medikamente haben offenbar gewirkt, somit bin ich zufrieden. Der schwarzen Katze geht es wieder gut.
Relatively long waiting time and relatively small waiting room. That can be solved better, but the treatment was fine. Very positive that the doctor could speak English. The recommended medication seems to have worked, so I'm satisfied. The black cat is fine again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya tempat ini cukup bersih dan ramai, alat2 nya pun lengkap. Masukan saja untuk dokternya, tolong lebih ramah at least kalau tidak bisa se-ramah itu, bisa memberikan penjelasan dengan cara yg lebih jelas, mudah dimengerti dan memberikan opsi untuk kami para pemilik hewan jika memang hewan ini perlu penanganan lebih, kemungkinan resiko jika ambil opsi A,B,C. Ini kucing saya dirawat beberapa hari disini.
Actually this place is quite clean and crowded, the tools are complete. Just input it for the doctor, please be more friendly at least if you can't be that friendly, can give an explanation in a clearer, easy to understand way and provide options for us animal owners, if this animal really needs more treatment, there may be risks if you take the option A B C. This is my cat being treated here for a few days.
