★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this veterinarian and I think my dog love it too.. She walk around happily and play with the vet assistant.. Also satisfied with the consultation.. Have an easier treatment for my dog's mouth problem, without have to get anesthesia.. And after just three days it's much better.. It also have pet shop with reasonable price..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pup visited the vet (dr.afif) for spaying, the vets and the staffs were really nice. They even let us to visit few days post surgery only for applying cream medication, was supposed to be done by me, free of charge. The only reason I dont give the 5 star is because they dont respond WA queries after operational hours. Anw, if you are thinking to neuter ur pet this is the right place, my puppy is now as healthy and active as before spaying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here 3 times now.. the first time is to neuter my pup a few years ago..(the doctor even willing to show you the "aftermath" XD) the second is to vaccinate the pup and the recent one is with my 16 years old dog.. even tho she did not make it... but the reception and vets are very friendly, professional, and responsive which I appreciate alot. They also sell bits and bobs for your pets.. (cones, foods, snacks, leads, etc). the one questionable thing is the stay over night room.. its smells... maybe they haven't opened the aircon/air vent. but overall. friendly staff and doctors, and overall friendly price.
PS: I would like to add a suggestion.. incase of super bad events happened, please consider to include a cemetery/cremation services available, it would really help us pet owners a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got my cat treated here and the price are too expensive that I thought I've been scammed. after I paid for almost 2 million rupiah, I ask the other pet clinic for the same service price are ONLY Rp 250,000 - 500,000 OMG.! and also the doctor seems under professional, they can't really explain for what I asked. never gonna back to this clinic. thanks
