Telpon sering keteteran dan mood nya suka kurang baik… ?
Tempat agak kusam sih dan parkiran kadang agak kesulitan apalagi kalau bawa hewan besar kolaps. Tapi lagi2 asisten klinik kooperatif banget bisa bantu gendong etc.
Harga relatif agak mahal untuk obat2an dan bbrp test. Tapi Ok
 Doctors and assistants are all friendly and cooperative. All nimble. It's a shame some of the admins are mostly like work fatigue or something...
The phone is often stuck and the mood is not good…
The place is a bit dull and parking is sometimes a bit difficult, especially if you bring a large animal that collapses. But again, clinical assistants are very cooperative and can help carry etc.
The price is relatively expensive for medicines and some tests. But Ok

The drugstore is on the 2nd floor, so if we want to buy the medicine for our pet, we have to go to the 2nd floor and go down again to pay them at the cashier.
