CS cuma 1,waktu yg dibutuhkan untuk melayani 1 customer 15-30 mnit.
Teller ada 3 dan ga ada antrian.
 CS service is slow ... very slow
CS is only 1, the time needed to serve 1 customer is 15-30 minutes.
There are 3 tellers and there are no queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dateng jauh2 mau bikin tabungan, dan ujan2nan naik gojek, dateng jam 14.45 tgl 15 juni 2021, securty menawarkan bantuan, lalu saya jawab dong mau bikin tabungan, kata scruty coba konfirmasi keatas, dan saya liat dia tdk konfirmasi, lalu kembali ke saya, mohon maaf sudah tdk bisa,
Lalu saya tanya kenapa,,?karna sampai jam 3 sore,
Dan saya jawab ini masih 14.45,mohon maaf tdk bisa karna diatas ada 3 customer, bikin tabungan butuh wktu yg lama, saya kecewa saja sudh ijin, dari kantor ujan pula, ga ada emaptinya
