★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed today with this place. Laras Satwa. I just called by them that they are very busy so cannot come to my home for grooming my dog. Actually i was call them to request this job since last monday 19june17 with ms. Sofa. She confirmed they will come on today 22 june17. Yesterday, 21 june they was call me to remind that job is confirmed. But now, suddenly mr.yora call me and inform that they cannot come because of too busy. This is not the first time. Few months ago also happened like this and without any information. So upset why not inform earlier if cannot so i can looking for another places.
Make me waiting and then cancelled by them.
Additional information, my family is loyal customer of laras satwa. And my other dog was died also in that clinic without clear reason. Fyr. Thanks

The doctor is so nice, he do checkup on my cat without any fee at all, he even got me recipes, syringe to give my cat medicine, and give my cat free food..
