★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedua kali kesini buat usg, kurang bagus banget pelayanan yg kedua ini. Daftar online infonya jam 15-17 udah minta ijin ma orang kantor. Eh tiba-tiba berubah jadi jam 16-18. Terus jam 3 kurang dikabari lagi jadi 17-18. Okelah, udah berangkat dari rumah jam 16.30 eh dikabari lagi ternyata ganti dokter dan itu jam 18.30. azzzz banget ga sih ? tau gitu ga usah ijin. Sampe sana juga mbaknya ga bisa mastiin dong. hufflah. Terus ga ada mushola dong buat numpang sholat

Datang pertama kali krn sakit gigi.diobati.selanjutnya jadi nyaman.
Rasanya cocok.perawatan nya lanjut.
Tanpa antri dan basa basi.
Gigi yg tdk bisa di pertahankan akhirnya di cabut.berikutnya bersihkan karang gigi.berikutnya gigi depan saya yg hitam2 di jaket.
Berikutnya gigi yg hilang di buatkan gigi palsu jembatan. 1 bulan kelar.
Sekarang gigi gw sdh normal berfungsi putih bersih.nafas ga bau.tinggal tiap 6 bulan rutin ke drg aja seperti normalnya.

Came for the first time because of toothache. It was treated. Then it was comfortable.
It felt right. The treatment continued.

The teeth that could not be maintained were finally pulled out. Next, clean the tartar. Next, my black front teeth on the jacket.
Next the missing teeth are made bridge dentures. 1 month finished.
Now my teeth are functioning normally clean white. I don't have a bad breath. I only need to go to drg like normal every 6 months.

tambal dan cabut gigi jadi tidak menakutkan.
menunggu test swab lanjutan dari kantor,ga sabar ingin buat gigi palsu bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya si kalau ketemu baik, asik gt. Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, hanya di awal saja pelayanan baik. Entah mungkin karena pakai bpjs kali ya ??♀️? kalau langsung dateng katanya gabisa harus reservasi dulu, tapi tiap kali chat mau reservasi ga pernah di respons. pernah ke sana bayar besoknya balik lagi masih di layani ? pas pakai bpjs mau balik lagi chat pun tdk ada respons ?
The doctor, if you meet him is good, it's cool. The service is not satisfactory, only at the beginning the service is good. I don't know maybe it's because I used bpjs this time ️? if you came right away, they said you couldn't make a reservation first, but every time you chat about making a reservation, you never get a response. Been there, paid the next day, back again, still being served when I use bpjs, I want to go back to chat, there's no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kunjungan ke beberapa kalinya di klinik dokter gigi ini. Dokter dan Petugas klinik giginya ramah. Pakai bpjs nya pun di layani. Hanya agak sulit karena harus daftar online dahulu di meja admin klinik. Untuk perawatan masa ppkm masih harus antigen dahulu. Konsultasi dan tambal sederhana bisa pakai bpjs. Namun untuk tambal estetik gigi depan tidak di cover, tidak masalah, karena biayanya pun masih terbilang murah dibanding klinik gigi lain yang buka sore/malam. Terima kasih dokter dan staf nya.
Several visits to this dentist's clinic. Doctors and dental clinic staff are friendly. Even using the bpjs it is served. It's just a bit difficult because you have to register online first at the clinic admin desk. For treatment during PPKM, you still have to have an antigen first. Simple consultation and patching can use bpjs. However, for aesthetic fillings for the front teeth, it is not covered, it doesn't matter, because the cost is still relatively cheap compared to other dental clinics that are open in the afternoon/evening.
