★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat tidak memuaskan, seperti tidak ada SOP nya. Saya ke sana hari minggu. Awal datang tidak di sambut dan ditanya apa apun oleh petugas.
Pas saya tanya ke mba mba apoteknya "mba, dokter umum hari ini praktik tidak?" Trus mbanya ngejawab "iya tuh" dengan nada yang ga enak banget, sambil nunjuk pintu dokter umum.
Trus saya nanya lagi "ini prosedurnya gmna yaa mba kalau mau daftar" dan lagi lagi mbak mbaknya ngejawab dengan cetus gitu "itu ada kertas sama pulpen" saya bingung dong itu maksudnya kertas sama pulpen diapain.
Sekilas kalau ga diperhatiin betul betul, itu kertas cuma kertas resep dokter kosong biasa.
Tapi mbanya ga ngasih tau dibagian paling bawah kertas ada tulisan kecil banget untuk diisi nama, ttl, no.hp dan alamat pasien. Yang harus diisi.
Trus saya diperiksa oleh dr.lili dan kurang memuaskan. Karna saat diperiksa dengan stetoskop biasanya baju diangkat dikit biar bisa kedeteksi nah ini boro boro, saya posisi masih pake jaket dan baju udah diperiksa dong. Begitu pula pas meriksa tensi. Trus dokternya lemes banget kaya belum makan.
Pokoknya sangat tidak memuaskan.
Cukup sekali ini aja saya ke sana.

When I asked the pharmacist, "Ma'am, is the general practitioner practicing today?" Then the mba answered "yes" in a tone that wasn't very pleasant, while pointing at the general practitioner's door.
Then I asked again "what is the procedure if you want to register" and again Ms. Ms. answered blatantly "There is paper and pen" I'm confused, what do you mean by paper and pen.
At first glance, if you don't pay close attention, it's just an ordinary blank doctor's prescription paper.
But the lady didn't tell me that at the bottom of the paper there was very small writing to fill in the name, ttl, cellphone number and address of the patient. which must be filled.
Then I was checked by dr.lili and was not satisfied. Because when checked with a stethoscope, usually the clothes are lifted a little so that it can be detected, this is boro boro, I'm still wearing a jacket and I've checked my clothes. The same goes for checking blood pressure. Then the doctor is very weak like he hasn't eaten.
Anyway very unsatisfactory.
This is enough for me to go there.

2x taking medicine, the fever immediately went down and the doctor was friendly and kind to small children

dan dikasih obat serta dikasih obat tetes untuk telingan,namun tak kunjung sembuh dan saya berobat lagi ke tht RS DINDA dan dokternya melihat obat yang sudah saya konsumsi itu dari citra sehat,setelah di cek ternyata obat tetesnya itu untuk mata(obat tetes mata),bukan obat tetes telinga,saya tidak tahu yang salah kasih dokter atau kasirnya,intinya mah harap lbih teliti lagi??
