Very very disappointing, like do not want to serve .. Already 3 times back and forth to this clinic want to check the womb but like do not want to serve. Especially the part of midwifery which is very bad, for other parts I have never tried ...

1 .kurang ramah padahal menggunakan umum bukan bpjs
2. dokter hartono tidak mendengar keluhan pasien dengan baik ,pasien jelas jelas minta suntik tetatapi tidak didengar malah dsuruh langsung ambil obat ,,,
3. Lokasi klinik yang super jorok , kecil dan lantai kotor ,banyak nyamuk tidak ada pendingin udara sama sekali
Jadi tidak akan lanjut ke dua kalinya di klinik ini
My first time here, I saw the admins
1. less friendly even though using public instead of bpjs
2. Doctor Hartono did not hear the patient's complaints well, the patient clearly asked for an injection but was not heard instead he was told to take the medicine immediately...
3. The location of the clinic is super dirty, small and the floor is dirty, lots of mosquitoes, no air conditioning at all
So it won't be a second time at this clinic
