Pelayanan security n karyawannya di bawah rata2...hrs ada training apa itu arti atittude nasabah..padahal yg gaji mereka nasabah loh.. @bni

Ingin memproses dana BSU, sudah ambil nomor antrian dari bulan November dan dapat jatah hari ini, datang sekitar jam 10:30 oleh SATPAM disuruh balik lagi jam 12 siang. Setelah menunggu datang kembali disuruh nunggu jam 1 siang. Disuruh ke cabang lain dengan informasi yang tidak jelas dan tidak bisa dipertanggung jawabkan. Attitude petugas security nya sangat amat buruk dan tidak pantas untuk bekerja melayani di perusahaan BUMN sekelas BNI. SANGAT MEMALUKAN!

Pelayanannya sangat amat BURUK!!! Mulai dari security yg tidak ramah, dan cs hanya ada 1 jadi pelayanannya sangat amat LAMA, dateng dari jam9, selesai jam3.
The service is VERY BAD!!! Starting from unfriendly security, and cs there is only 1 so the service is very, very LONG, coming from 9 am, finished at 3 am.

Baru jam 11 tepat dateng mau ganti kartu atm ke chip doang ditolak, katanya istirahat. Udah jauh² dari jatake sambil gendong bayi suruh balik lagi jam 13. Tutup aja kalo gak niat kerja.

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Tadi siang belom masuk ke bank sama sekali. Saya cuma mau tanya bisa ga di cek saya di cabang mana terdaftar kartunya. Security nya sudah usir saya. Pake bilang sudah tutup gabisa nadanya keras keras dan menyuruh saya pergi. Saya dateng jam 1 siang masa udah tutup hari rabu bukan tanggal merah. Parah nih BNI borobudur ratingnya pantes jelek. Beda kalo saya ke bca dari security sama karyawan nya pada ramah. Dari awal dtg security nya aja udh nanya "ada perlu apa kesini? " Menurut lo gue ke bank ya keperluan kartu atau uang. Nama security nya Depannya B traningin lagi coba. Udah tua bukannya mikir anak istri. Ampe tukang parkir aja ketawa liat tingkah security songong kaya gini. 0 besar customer belom masuk bank udh di usir. Emg saya gembel! Saya di bca cek kartu aja terdaftar dimana bisa!

ketemu juga bni yang jaraknya gak terlalu jauh dari rumah, udah pernah sih beberapa kali kesini. Pelayanannya ramah, tempatnya bersih, petugasnya juga ngasih arahin gitu tujuan datang ke bank. Pas pandemi kaya gini protokol kesehatan tetep ada, cek suhu, jaga jarak. untuk customer service ada dilantai 1 cuma sayang bgt cs ada 1 aja dan teller ada di lantai 2. Ada atm nya juga disebelah bank nya. jangan lupa bawa uang receh, parkir bayar
