★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotik ini melayani pembelian obat dengan resep atau obat rumahan yang tidak perlu resep. Harus brrsabar karena kadangkala untuk resep dokter harus antri dan menunggu giliran pelayanan. Tempat parkir cukup luas bisa empat mobil dan sampai sepuluh sepeda motor. Di samping ada kios untuk makanan dan oleh oleh dari Roti Sangkuriang dan Roti Unyil Venus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong ya lebih di perhatikan lagi untuk semuanya bagaimana sikap menghadapi customer. Entah itu apotekernya atau ttknya. Senyum dan ramah itu ga mahal kok yah.
Dan untuk bag kasir, entah itu memang seorang ttk atau pegawai biasa. Beri penjelasan, jawaban dan penggunaan yang baik dan benar sesuai dgn untuk siapa di berikannya obat tsb, org dewasakah, anak2kah atau bayikah, jngan asal jawab kalau kurang faham. Lalu ketika customer ingin menukarkan barang, teryata sdh tdk bisa padahal brg tsb belum di bayarkan.
Apakah tidak ada sistem retur obat ?. Tolong diperbaiki dan di perhatikan lagi.
Kapok untuk balik lagi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, seumur2 baru nemu apotek yang pelayannya jutek2, ga ada sama sekali ramah2 nya. Semua pelayannya angkuh. Bikin kapok. Ga lagi2 beli disini.
Jangan sombong mentang2 banyak pembeli, manusia ga selalu berada diatas.
Bad service, all my life I just found a pharmacy whose waiters are rude, none of them are friendly at all. All the servants are arrogant. Tired of it. Don't buy here anymore.
