★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malam ini, minggu, 17/10/2021 berobat di klinik ini, pelayanan bagian pendaftaran nya sangat tidak ramah, songong dan berbicara terkesan merendahkan, entah mungkin karena masih muda atau memang tidak punya akhlak !!!!
Terlebih lagi dokter jaga pada saat itu sangat - sangat tidak punya adab dan akhlak, tidak mau mendengar keluhan pasien, tanpa memeriksa dengan teliti langsung mendiagnosis penyakit yg saya derita dan langsung menyuruh saya keluar,
Apa memang seperti ini adab seorang petugas medis yg kata nya melayani dengan sepenuh hati !!!!
Atau karena saya berobat dengan BPJS jadi dokter tersebut bersikap semena2 ?
Hmmmm....seperti nya memang dokter itu saja yg memang tidak punya ADAB dan HATI NURANI, karena di rumah sakit2 besar dan dokter yg bahkan pendidikan dan ilmu nya lebih tinggi drpd dokter jaga malem namun sangat bisa menghargai pasien nya bahkan memberikan edukasi dengan penuh rasa hormat
Semoga pihak management klinik mawar bisa menindaklanjuti permasalahan ini agar citra klinik mawar tidak ternodai oleh perilaku personil..
 Tonight, Sunday, 10/17/2021 for treatment at this clinic, the service at the registration section is very unfriendly, arrogant and speaking condescendingly, maybe because he is young or he doesn't have morals!!!!
Moreover, the doctor on duty at that time was very unethical and moral, did not want to hear the patient's complaints, without checking carefully, immediately diagnosed the disease I was suffering from and immediately ordered me out.
Is this really the etiquette of a medical officer who says he serves with all his heart !!!!
Or is it because I was treated with BPJS so the doctor was acting arbitrarily?
Hmmmm....it seems like it's the only doctor who really doesn't have ADAB and CONSCIENCE, because in big hospitals and doctors whose education and knowledge is even higher than the doctor on duty at night but can really respect their patients and even provide full education respect
Hopefully the management of the rose clinic can follow up on this problem so that the image of the rose clinic is not tarnished by the behavior of the personnel..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap mau ke dr gigi gak pernah ada, padahal sblmnya dibilangin ada dijam pagi. Udh sampe sana dr nya gak praktek padahal di dinding tertera praktek gigi Senin sampai Jumat eh malah gak ada udh bolak balik terus masa iya gak praktek² si. Kita juga membagi waktu untuk kesana ya
Every time I want to go to the dentist, it's never there, even though it was said to be there in the morning. When I got there, I didn't practice even though on the wall there was a dental practice, Monday to Friday, even though there wasn't any, I kept going back and forth, yes, I didn't practice. We also divide the time to go there huh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa,GK ramah, berobat ma dokter cowok, periksa perut sebalh sini sakit ni jga malah dibilang yg sakit bngt yg mana,,hadehhhh kok gtu ya ,,namnya bag,kesehatan kalau pasien itu sakit diperiksa berarti sakit kalau GK sakit buat apa dibilang sakit,kebetulan sy sakit ada maag, dan kantung empedu bener saja lah posisi ats kanan dan bawah perut kanan jga sakit tengah jga sakit,,knpa hrs disampaikan kepasiennn ygbsakit bngt yg mana,jdi aku itu GK merasa nyaman Uda buru buru keluar,bikin lah yg sakit itu cepat sembuh dgn percaya diri dokter untuk kesehatan pasien dgn cara bicara yg enk ,dan pernah sy sakit sy lupa bebeap bulan lalu,, dibilang ibu tau GK sakit itu dri pikiran makanya bisa kambuh,kalau tau begtu kata dokter nya ,,dri situ lah hrs LBH bijak biar pasien itu semangat bukan seperti kaya digurui dicetusin kaya gtu,,kecewa sy
Disappointed, GK is friendly, seek treatment from a male doctor, check the stomach while it hurts and it's even said which one is really sick, hadehhhh, why is that so,, the name is good, if the patient is sick, it means that he is sick. If he is not sick, why call it sick. Coincidentally, I have an ulcer, and the gallbladder is right in the upper right and lower right abdomen, and the middle pain doesn't hurt either, why should it be conveyed to the patient who is very sick, so I don't feel comfortable, I rushed out, made the one the pain heals quickly with the doctor's confidence for the patient's health with a good way of talking, and once I was sick, I forgot a few months ago, I said that my mother knew that GK was sick from the mind, so it could relapse, if you know so, the doctor said, from there LBH must be wise, so that the patient is enthusiastic, not like being tutored, triggered like that, I'm disappointed
