Awal nya bagus...lama lama suster nya semau maunya...peraturan ga jelas,peraturan semau maunya,sangat tdk profesional,tdk bisa di pegang aturannya,sangat mengecewakan,pd awal hari senin sy berobat poli gigi,setelah di periksa disuruh nya balik lg hari senin depan,utk tindakan hari senin depan di kasihnya saya antibiotik disuruh minum utk 2hari(mulai hari sabtu minggu)setelah sy balik ke klinik utk tindak lanjutnya,sy di tolak,sementara itu obat sdh sy minum,dgn alasan tdk daftar,sebelumnya suami sy sdh daftar jam 2siang,tdk boleh harus jam 3,peraturan macam apa si itu,yg pentingkan sdh daftar,sedanfkan dokter gigi itu sdh buat janji sama saya jam 8 masih ada di klinik,sy datang ke klinik jam 7.10menit sampe sana sy ditolak karena alasan ga jelas itu daftar harus jam 3tepat,daftar jam 2ditolak,itukan peraturan konyol,pelayanan apa itu,tdk bertanggung jawab,?????
The start was good ... the long time the nurses wanted to ... the rules were unclear, the rules were what they wanted, very unprofessional, could not be followed the rules, very disappointing, at the beginning of the day on Monday I went to poly dental treatment, after being told to order her back next monday, for next monday action in love i was told to take antibiotics for 2 days (starting saturday sunday) after i returned to the clinic for follow-up, i was rejected, while the drug i had taken, for reasons not registered, before my husband had registered at 2 pm, no need to have at 3, what kind of rules that, the important thing is to register, while the dentist made an appointment with me at 8 am still in the clinic, I came to the clinic at 7:10 minutes until there I was refused because of unclear reasons that the list must be 3 o'clock exactly, the 2 o'clock list was refused, that was a ridiculous rule, what service was that, irresponsible, ?????

Pelayanan BURUKkkkkkkk.... Omongan berubah - ubah. Penjaga juga jutek2. Buat apa ada kamar tindakan. Kalau apa2 harus rujuk ke RS dengan memberikan surat rujukan berbelit2.
BAD SERVICE.... Talks are changing. The guards are also squeamish. Why is there an action room? If anything, you have to refer to the hospital by providing a convoluted referral letter.

Petugas Sangat sangat tidak ramah! Tidak seharusnya petugas kesehatan melayani orang sakit dengan tidak ramah sama sekali! Tidak semua pasien mengerti prosedur bpjs yang berubah ubah. Harusnya kasih pengertian dengan baik. Sudah 2 kali saya kesini dan dapat pelayanan tidak baik. Terakhir kali saya ke klinik ini. Saya mending pindah klinik. Tolong diajarkan petugas petugasnya terutama petugas perempuan yang berambut panjang. Tolong diajarkan untuk berbicara sopan dan diajari cara melayani pasien yg baik! Terimakasih.
Clerk Very very unfriendly! Health workers should not serve the sick in a very unfriendly manner! Not all patients understand the changing BPJS procedure. You should be understanding well. I have been here 2 times and got bad service. The last time I was in this clinic. I better move clinics. Please teach the officers, especially female officers with long hair. Please teach them to speak politely and be taught how to serve good patients! Thank you.
