So I get other people personal information such as his NIK. They also say the result will be input in the apps after 2x24. This is their WA:

Mau follow up hasil PCR ga tau kemana, diaplikasi juga gak keluar keluar padahal udah H+1 ?♀️
Gak rekomen.
Called many times no one picked up. How come the service is like this, it's very strange.
I don't know where to follow up the PCR results, the application also doesn't come out even though it's already H+1 ️
Not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat dan ramah. Tes pcr jg cepat hasilnya pun bisa langsung terkoneksi dg halodoc dan peduli lindungi. Harapannya Tempat smg bisa diperluas dan bisa melayani BPJS
Fast and friendly service. The PCr test is also fast, the results can be directly connected to Halodoc and care to protect. Hopefully the place can be expanded and can serve BPJS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasilnya lama banget. Udah 1 jam lebih belum keluar2 dari peduli lindungi ataupun di aplikasi halodoc. Petugasnya pas ditanya hasilnya bisa lihat di bagian sebelah mana, cuma jawab di aplikasi. Saat ditanya sebelah mana nya di aplikasi, cuma jawab di aplikasi nanti ada notifikasinya. Saya tanya lihat di sebelah mana notifikasi masuknya kaya bingung gitu. Jadi ga kejawab. Saya tanya kenapa belum keluar katanya aplikasi lagi down. Sementara keluarga saya yg lain tes antigen di tempat lain di jam setelah saya antigen sudah keluar hasilnya, bahkan sudah masuk di peduli lindungi. Sementara tadi dibilang laagi down peduli lindunginya makanya belum keluar. Status pesanan saya bahkan masih terkonfirmasi yg artinya belum dilaksanakan tes antigen, belum status selesai.

Sebelum cek saya sudah tanyakan apakah masuk pedulilindungi katanya masuk tapi kenyataan tidak dimasukan
Dan pelayanan wa slow respon, tidak bertanggung jawab
PCR is not inputted into Care to Protect, good service, just not appropriate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat langganan untuk melakukan antigen atau pcr apabila ada tugas dinas luar. Selain karena dekat rumah, banyak kelebihannya.
Pembayaran bisa cash, debit ataupun pesan di aplikasi travel.
Pengunjung relatif sepi sehingga cepat dilayani.
Hanya saja satu yg perlu diupgrade, pengisian data diri mungkin bisa menggunakan form online atau by WhatsApp. Disini masih perlu tulis di kertas dan menggunakan pulpen bergantian.
