★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very not recomended hospital. No social distacing at all. Queue sytem is no applicable here. So everyone are just like ranging..
Security? No one help.
An hour and more waiting is not a good service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once a good, rather luxury hospital. Now the service and facilities are degraded. rats and roaches everywhere. scrapped walls, dirty toilets. I have been a loyal customer for this hospital for more than 10 years but now I have to find another hospital. I am so disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister is being hospitalize cause of tyfus disease , i know its not a big deal but i think it also important, someday my sister told my mom that she want saussage bread so my mom try her best to search it, and finallyy mom find it in the canteen , since my mom cant get in the room she pass it to the security to hand it to my sister inside, my mom think "okay i think my daughter will glad to have it" then in besuk time my mom ask my sister " did u get the bread ? " "no mom" told my sister. So my mom ask the nurse and the nurse is calling the security . The security just underestimate by saying " oh its just a bread, i thought it was a phone". I mean the service in this hospital is very very bad if i could rate from 1 to 10 i would rate 0. The service really bad the security didn"t responsible to his job, its just a bread thats not really important, imagine if ur phone or ur previous thing. I really dissapointed with this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The recepsionists did not help much. I already come from far away to come to this hospital but the receptionist always like ignore my question. Not pay attention to what I required. In the end I just come home with nothing. They said all doctor is on meeting and just have to come tomorrow. Come on you paid to work there for give some help to patient not to ignore them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service? Degraded. When I'm approaching the counter and give greetings, the nurse aren't even say anything. Just staring at me waiting for me to put the papers on the table. They didn't check me for weight, height, and blood pressure. But one quality that hasn't been compromised, their doctors. Good competency and informative. The pharmacy staff are quite lacking as well, still not sure while explaining the instruction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nursing service need fixed, lack of hospitality training, lack of training to treat with care for patient.
Building facilities is not so bad. But be careful for your belonging. Mind your safety of your own belonging as first priority.
Overall service excellence need fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was accompanied my mom to hospitalized, she have an issue with the tunnel catheter for hemodialysis so must do a lil surgery to get the new tunnel. We've been waiting since morning 10AM there's no more bed at the emergency room for the patient. My mom was waiting there sit on her wheel chair for about 8 hours without any social distancing protocol with another patients. (I was thankful to the officer on the canteen for letting my mom to sleep for an hour in one the canteen sofa). The officers said they were processing for her room and we still stay waiting at the emergency room till 9PM and still there's no room available. It's disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 21st February, my mom hospitalized here due to covid-19.
Naturally I was worried because my mom used to have me by her side. And now, she’s in isolated room only with nurses. We were allowed to bring her food or clothes. But couldn’t see her.
Thankfully, all nurses and doctor treated her well. It’s not perfect service. but I appreciate how they help her to make video call or just telephone call to me. So the service? it ain’t as bad as I think. Thank you for treating my mom very well.
