★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanann di bagian resepsionis buruk.Terkesan menyepelekan. Ada 3 orang di resepsionis tapi bisa ada pasien yg terlewat cuma buat baca Hasil TEST. Kalo ga ditegor lagi bisa bisa nunggu sampe tutup juga belom dipanggil gara gara data ga diurus . Saya ngomong uda kaya angin lewat. Kesitu juga bayarrr gamurahhh yg pertama test darah 200an semalem test segala macem sampe 300lebih!pelayanannya atuh di benerinn di tingkatin!! Ngantri bayarr udah kaya orang antri bpjs gratis di rumah sakit. heu?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk rapid antigen, antri 40menit. Hasil keluar setelah 15menit kemudian. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pelayanan, Lebih lambat dibandingkan klinik anggrek di cabang lain. Antri duduk sampai di luar. Ada sampah di halaman hanya dibatasi kardus saja, sebaiknya dibelikan tong sampah jadi tidak bau saat duduk menunggu panggilan dokter.
For rapid antigen, queue 40 minutes. Results came out after 15 minutes later. Time required for service, Slower than the orchid clinic in other branches. Queue to sit outside. There is garbage in the yard, only limited to cardboard, it is better to buy a trash can so it doesn't smell bad when sitting waiting for the doctor's call.
