Bagian kasir jnt nya kurang ramah. Terlalu asem jutek bikin maless kalo ga kepepet maah kalo bissa tolong diperhatikan kembali sikap kasirnya Kurang puas

PULSA GUA SAMPE ABIS ANJIR GARA2 PAKET RETURAN DARI CUSTOMER NYANGKUT GA JELAS DIMANA. HAMPIR SEBULAN GA JELAS ITU PAKET ADA DIMANA. MBA SAMA MAS YG KERJA PADA MAKAN GAJI BUTA BANGET. SEKALINYA UDH DAPAT KABAR ITU PAKET UDAH ADA DI TENIS RAYA PAS MAU NGAMBIL MASIH DIPERSULIT JUGA SEGALA KATANYA YG BAGIAN RETUR GA MASUK LAH 1000 ALASAN BANGET. SUMPAH ETIKANYA SAMA KUCING AJA KALAH MAS SAMA MBA JNT DISINI.
PULSA CAVE UNTIL OUT OF FADING ABOUT RETURN PACKAGES FROM CUSTOMERS IT IS NOT CLEAR WHERE. ALMOST A MONTH IT IS NOT CLEAR WHERE THE PACKAGE IS. MBA SAME MAS WHO WORKS AT A VERY BLIND SALARY EATING. Pelayanan yg sangat buruk, mau ngambil barang retur alesan belum di bongkar udah berapa hari tuh,pelayanan yg cwe itu judes asem kek mls banget gue klw nganterin paket ke situ kacang garing harus ngomong sendiri

Tolong perhatikan sikap para admin/kasirnya, ajarin cara beretika yang baik, kami disitu bayar loh bukan gratis, sikapnya jutek bukan main!! Awal dateng boro2 disapa dengan senyum di tengok aja gak malah sibuk main HP di ajakin ngomong diem aja dan terus merhatiin Hp nya, niat kerja apa gak sih sebenernya?? Tolong itu para karyawannya di ajarin cara beretika dong gak usah dulu etika kasir/admin ke customer tapi cara beretika sesama manusia aja dulu!! Ini bukan kejadian sekali tiap kirim paket disitu dapet perlakuan gak baik tapi setiap kali kirim paket disitu pasti begitu kelakuannya dan kali ini sudah kebangetan..

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Mbak2 nya sangat tdk ramah, judes,jutek, asem mukanya tiap kali sy dtg kirim kesana. Dan tiap ditanya hal2 tntg kendala paket tdk responsif sm skali. Mbak2nya sperti bukan manusia tp dewa. Krn tdk bs bersikap yg memanusiakan manusia. Kami tdk minta dilayani sperti raja, tp minimal ramah dan senyumlah sedikit. Kami dtg bru mau msuk pintu sperti gembel yg meminta sedekah belas kasian dan kami dtg sperti org yg akan merepotkan dan menyulitkan MBAKnya,,, pdhl anda2 digaji jg dr orang2 yg kirim paket di JNT. MBAKnya mau niat kerja apa ga sih,, nih semoga MBAKnya baca,,atau BOSnya baca.. besok2 cari org bagian CS or kasir itu cari karyawan yg bener. Diajarin etika sopan santun melayani customer tuh sperti apa??? Sy klo ga kepepet customer minta JNT saya males kirim paket di JNT dsini. Saya tandain MBAK2nya itu,,, inget MBAK kerja yang ikhlas yang bener,, jgn kaya terpaksa gitu. Lu kerja cm duduk aja tapi sok iyeee,,,, lu dengan sikap lu itu malah jadi MERUGIKAN Perusahaan, dan apa yang lu tanam ke orang,, lu akan terima balik mba,,, suatu saat lu jd customer dijudesin dan diasemin kaya gitu,, enak ga coba digituin,, coba belajar dan buka wawasan lu yg luas. Nohh gausah belajar jauh2,,, depan lu JNE ramah2 ga ada yg seasem dan sejudes lu mba,,,,
