★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat buruk sekali & sangat tidak ramah seperti tidak niat melayani padahal bayar. Hasil Antigen tidak bisa d kirim via Whatsapp padahal tempat lain test bisa. Sangat tidak rekomen jangan pernah datang kesini. Terima kasih!
 The service is very bad & very unfriendly like no intention to serve even though you pay. Antigen results cannot be sent via Whatsapp even though other places can test. Really don't recommend don't ever come here. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk, penjaganya sangat tidak sopan, untuk yg menggunakan bpjs jangan harap dilayani....pertama kali yg mereka tanya bpjs atau umum...kalo bpjs lgs jawab penuh...kuota hanya 3pasien...kalo umum mau berapa saja bisa...sangat tidak masuk akal???
very bad service, the guards are very impolite, for those who use bpjs don't expect to be served....the first time they ask is bpjs or the general...if bpjs goes full answer...the quota is only 3 patients...if the general wants how much can... so unreasonable???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat tidak baik, kasih nomor antrian yang bernomor rancu (tulisan pulpen 85 tapi di tulisan Spidol nya 58) saat itu petugas nya tidak info nomor berapa tercantum dinomor antrian saya, sudah jelas nomor 85 (tulisan pulpen) karena kalau di lihat secara spidol nomor nya agak tidak jelas, yang jelas hanya tulisan Pulpen. Memang disini saya ada salah, tidak konfirmasi untuk nomor nya, tapi saya melihat nomor yang jelas nya saja.
Masalah nya sudah menunggu dari pagi sampai dengan sore, tidak masalah buat saya seperti itu, yang memprihatinkan tidak ada kata Maaf dari petugas dan dokter nya, tapi di tertawakan.
Dan berobat disini juga tidak di rekomendasikan, dokter nya takut untuk memeriksa dan hanya mengambil keluhan saja tidak memeriksa secara detail seperti dokter umumnya, seharusnya dokter itu terdepan untuk pasien nya bukan dibelakang pasien, bagi saya tidak di rekomendasikan.
The service is not very good, give me a queue number with a ambiguous number (pen writing is 85 but the marker is 58) at that time the officer didn't tell me what number was listed in my queue number, it's clear number 85 (pen writing) because if you look at it with markers the number is a bit unclear, what is clear is only pen writing. Indeed, here I was wrong, I didn't confirm the number, but I only saw the clear number.
The problem has been waiting from morning to evening, it doesn't matter to me like that, what's worrying is that there is no word sorry from the officers and doctors, but they are laughed at.
And treatment here is also not recommended, the doctor is afraid to check and only takes complaints, does not examine in detail like a general doctor, the doctor should be at the forefront of the patient, not behind the patient, for me it is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with a sore throat and cough. Doc only gave 3 days antibiotics 100mg ..did some work but didnt cure. Cough got worse and on 3rd consult told me that its the last time she can give meds (not sure what type of doctot gives such advise). In the end i checked into a proper hospital and got my problem sorted. Could had saved myself 2 weeks of physical agony. I will never come back. Definitely not a place for foreigners. Quality of doctor and meds are bad.
