Petugas di tempat pendaftaran tidak punya etika dan tidak professional sama sekali, saya bertanya apakah masih lama .
Petugas pendaftaran pun berkata βkalo ga mau nunggu ke klinik lain ajβ dan lanjut berbicara kepada temannya.
Niat saya bertanya baik2 malah di usir
Saran kedepannya :Tolong lebih professional dalam menanggapi pasien maupun perbaiki sistem antrian

The clerk at the registration place has no ethics and is not professional at all, I asked if it would take long.
The registration clerk said, "If you don't want to wait, go to another clinic" and continued talking to his friend.
My intention to ask questions was even kicked out

β β β β β Tgl 19 april 2018 saya datang ke klinik thamrin Jl. Tubagus Angke minta surat perpanjangan rujukan ke rs di tolak, padahal sudah sesuai prosedur. Tgl 30 april 2018 saya komplen ke BPJS JakBar hasilnya memang surat rujukan harusnya diberikan dan saya diminta kembali ke klinik thamrin untuk mengambil surat rujukannya. Tgl 3 mei 2018 saya kembali ke klinik thamrin untuk mengambil rujukan, akirnya diberikan namun di surat rujukan di tulis tgl 19 april 2018 (yang sebenarnya pada tgl 19 april tersebut saya datang tidak diberikan surat rujukannya). Saya lihat di histori mobile JKN, tgl 19 April 2018 saya diberikan rujukan dari klinik Thamrin, padahal sebenarnya itu TIDAK BENAR, saya di tolak diberikan surat rujukan pada saat tgl 19 april 2018 sewaktu saya datang ke klinik. Di mobile JKN saya juga tercatat tgl 30 April 2018 minta rujukan lagi, padahal saya tidak pernah datang ke klinik Thamrin untuk minta surat rujukan (yang saya datang tgl 3 mei 2018 yang diberikan surat rujukan tapi tertulis rujukannya tgl 19 April 2018). Tgl 3 Mei 2018 saya datang ke klinik dan di suruf paraf di daftar hadir yang saya tulis sendiri nama pasiennya dan saya tidak memperhatikan ada tanggalnya tidak pada saat itu, padahal saya tidak di periksa dokter dan hanya diberikan surat rujukannya setelah di tolak pada tgl 19 April 2018. Mohon penjelasan pihak klinik, jika pihak klinik tidak dapat memberikan penjelasan dimana saya bisa minta penjelasan akan hal tersebut? Apa saya langsung ke BPJS nya atau mungkin ke KEMENKES bagian BPJS untuk meminta penjelasan? Sebagai tambahan juga, saya merasa bagian pendaftaran (ibu2 kriting inisial K berlogat seperti bukan dari jakarta) judesnya minta ampun, kayak makan ayam geprek bensu level 10 ++, tidak komunikatif, tidak ada sopan santun dan keramahan sama sekali. Entah itu perawat atau mungkin hanya lulusan SD kalau di lihat dari attitudenya. Apakah setiap pasien BPJS diperlakukan seperti ini? Kasian sekali nasib pasien BPJS, tidak dilayani dengan baik. Pasien sudah sakit malah dipersulit. Mohon untuk attitude SDM dan mutu pelayanan klinik MH. Thamrin 3 lebih ditingkatkan..trima kasih
On April 19 2018 I came to Thamrin Clinic Jl. Tubagus Angke asked for a letter of extension of referral to the house which was rejected, even though it was according to the procedure. On April 30, 2018 I complained to BPJS JakBar the result was that a referral letter should have been given and I was asked to return to the Thamrin clinic to get the referral letter. On May 3, 2018 I returned to the Thamrin clinic to take a referral, the end was given but the referral letter was written on April 19, 2018 (actually on the 19th April I did not receive a referral letter). I saw in JKN's mobile history, on April 19, 2018 I was given a referral from the Thamrin clinic, when in fact it was NOT TRUE, I was denied a referral letter when on April 19, 2018 when I came to the clinic. On JKN mobile I also recorded on 30 April 2018 asking for a referral again, even though I never came to the Thamrin clinic to ask for a referral letter (which I came on May 3 2018 that was given a referral letter but the referral was written on 19 April 2018). On 3 May 2018 I came to the clinic and was sent to the initial list of attendees, I wrote down the patient's name myself and I did not pay attention to the date not at that time, even though I was not examined by a doctor and only given a referral letter after being rejected on 19 April 2018. Please explain the clinic, if the clinic cannot provide an explanation where can I ask for an explanation about it? Am I directly to the BPJS or maybe to the Ministry of Health of the BPJS section to ask for an explanation? In addition, I feel that the registration section (critical K initials accented like not from Jakarta) was bitchy asking for forgiveness, like eating a level 10 ++ Geprek Bensu chicken, not communicative, no courtesy and no hospitality at all. Whether it's a nurse or maybe only an elementary school graduate when viewed from the attitudinal. Are all BPJS patients treated like this? Unfortunately for the fate of BPJS patients, it is not well served. Patients already sick even complicated. Please for the attitude of HR and MH clinic service quality. Thamrin 3 is more improved ... thank you

gada bahasa lbh sopan, atau gausah ngomong depan muka gitu
malah lbh sopan tutur bahasa perawat dibanding dokternya
agak kurang ya adab nya

There's no more polite language, or don't say it in front of your face
it's even more polite to speak the language of the nurse than the doctor
it's a bit lacking in manners

β β β β β Pelayanan 24 jam, tp menunggu lebih dr 1jam setengah dokter ny ga dateng2, pelayanan kurang baik.. pasien Harus menunggu lama, padahal jelas2 tertera PELAYANAN 24JAM
24 hour service, but waiting for more than 1 hour and half the doctor doesn't come, the service is not good.. the patient has to wait a long time, even though it clearly says 24HOUR SERVICE

β β β β β Sangat mengecewakan,tidak ada ramahnya melayani pasien apa karena saya pake asuransi?saya bertanya kepada ibu2 tua yg TDK ada senyum nya padahal saya bertanya baik2 , saya disuruh dokternya minta surat asuransi untuk melakukan antigen akhirnya saya bicara sama ibu2 tua yg jaga di penebusan obat tp ibu tua itu diam saja dan TDK bicara apa2 sampai saya blg ibu ini saya nunggu atau masuk kedalam tetap saja omongan saya di diemkan saja padahal saya berdiri sudah lama ditambah saya juga lagi merasakan sakit ko bisa seorang pekerja di kesehatan mendiamkan omongan pasien? Ditambah pas saya lagi mau ambil obat saya ucapkan terimakasih tapi ibu tua itu juga tetep diam saja .. saya bingung karyawan seperti itu knp masih dipekerjakan yah?
Very disappointing, there is no friendliness in serving patients, is it because I use insurance? I asked the old ladies who didn't have a smile even though I asked nicely, I was told by the doctor to ask for an insurance letter to do an antigen. Finally, I talked to the old ladies who were on duty at the drug redemption. The old lady was silent and didn't say anything until I told this mother I was waiting or going inside but my words were silenced even though I had been standing for a long time plus I also feel sick. How can a health worker keep a patient talking? Plus, when I was about to take the medicine, I said thank you but the old lady also remained silent.. I'm confused, why are employees like that still being employed?
