★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak memuaskan. Petugas pendaftaran sangat judes, tidak ramah omongannya ketus, have NO ATTITUDE!!!! Nasib pasien BPJS, pasien udah sakit jadi tambah sakit ati karena dijudesin petugas pendaftaran yang entah itu perawat atau hanya lulusan SD. Mohon perbaiki mutu pelayanan!!!! Terutama petugas pendaftaran yang katanya bernama ibu KRISTINA..
Service is not satisfactory. The registration clerk was very bitchy, not friendly, he said curtly, have NO ATTITUDE !!!! The fate of BPJS patients, patients are already sick so they become more and more sick because of being questioned by the registration officer who is either a nurse or just an elementary school graduate. Please improve the quality of service !!!! Especially the registration officer who is said to be named CHRISTINA's mother ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya punya bpjs rujukannya klinik MH thamrin lll kampung gusti, pada suatu malam anak saya deman tinggi, saya panik lalu saya bawa ke klinik MH thamrin lll, kira kira jam 22. Sampe disana saya daftar seperti biasa. Ga ada pasien lain. Lalu suster bilang tunggu, setelah 15 menit nunggu saya tanyakan lagi tunggu pak dokternya blm bangun, ternyata dokternya tidur di ketok ketok pintu kamar nya ga bangun juga, setelah 30 saya di anjurkan ke klinik lain. Begitu ceritanya, bgmn menurut anda....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baru tahu klo klinik ada jam istirahatnya, 2 kali saya datang istirahat, klo ada pasien urgent gimana, akhirnya saya datang lagi dgn kartu asuransi ... Lagi pusing batuk2 malah suruh fotocopy kartu asuransinya ,padahal saya tdk pakai bpjs ini asuransi AVRIS dri kantor suami sya, cari2tukang fotocopy dlm keadaan sakit. Sedangkan saya gunakan diklinik lain ga pernah suruh fotocopy sendiri, masa iya diklinik thamrin tdk menyediakan meain foto copy, dan benar pendapat yg lain, petugas pendaftarannya JUDES tdk ada ucapan selamat pagi siang malam . KECEWA BERKALI KALI diklinik thamrin angke, padahal ini dekat dgn rumah saya

Kalo pun tidak bisa , tidak usah di pekerjakan.
Sebenarnya saya tidak mau speak up disini ya .. karna ini menurut saya sudah keterlaluan ... Jam 11 saya datang kesini bersama mama saya , saat mau daftar di tolak karna katanya istirahat sampai dengan jam setengah 2. Daya temui bagian pendaftarannya, dan saya tanya jika mau Ronsen bagaimana? Dia hanya jawab sedang istirahat, nanti datang lagi setengah 2 tanpa di kasih tau embel2 lainnya. Setelah itu , setengah 2 saya kesini lagi dan ke bagian pendaftarannya lagi , tanpa ada ucapan selamat siang atau apapun dia langsung tanya ke saya, mau antigen ? Saya jawab tidak , saya mau ronsen mama saya tadi sudah info sebelumnya katanya suruh balik lagi setengah 2. Dan jawabannya apa ??? Ronsen tutup sabtu hanya setengah hari. Disitu saya kecewa kenapa ga dari awal tadi jam 11 saya tanya trs di informasikan seperti itu? Kenapa saat pasien datang kembali dia baru bilang , dan anehnya saat saya ungkapkan kekecewaan saya , dia bilang skr terserah ibu mau isi atau tidak (kertas pendaftaran) , kalo gak mau isi juga gak masalah. Hello , seperti ini kah pelayananannya? Kita ini pasien loh , tolong hargai sedikit lah. Jangan seperti itu . Budayakan untuk menghargai orang . Jangan anggep sepele ngomong sama orang ya... dan yang bikin aneh lagi dia jawab , ibu cuma butuh surat rujukan kan ? Dari awal jelas2 saya sudah jelaskan mau Ronsen dan ketemu dokter..
Dari awal , dia tidak mengucap maaf sama sekali loh !!
