★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama, ngga ada sistem penomoran, jadi kita gatau namanya udah dipanggila apa belum. Ga ada satpam juga yang bantu bantu teriakin nama pasien, apalagi kondisi ramai untuk rapid test, banyak yang nunggu di luar tapi ga kedengeran kalau dipanggil. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan pelayanannya, terutama sistem mengantri. Supaya lebih jelas dan ngga terlewat!!
 The service is old, there is no numbering system, so we don't know if the name has been called or not. There is no security guard to help shout out the patient's name, especially when the conditions are crowded for rapid tests, many are waiting outside but can't be heard when called. Hopefully the service can be improved, especially the queuing system. So that it is clearer and not missed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik terlelet dan gajelas admin serta antriannya bagaimana. Selalu setiap swab test yang harusnya 5-30 menit selesai bisa sampai 2 jam disini.
The clinic is the slowest and it's unclear what the admin is and the queue is like. Always every swab test that should take 5-30 minutes to finish can take up to 2 hours here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya strategis, berada di pinggir jalan besar, berdekatan dengan banyak usaha atau bisnis lainnya, dokternya ramah, resepsionisnya juga ramah. Ke sini untuk tes antigen, banyak kursi untuk duduk mrnunggu, pelayanan cukup cepat, tempatnya bersih, tersedia tempat parkir untuk motor dan mobil, biaya tes swab antigen lumayan murah dibanding klinik lain.
The location is strategic, on the side of a major road, close to many other businesses or businesses, the doctors are friendly, the receptionist is also friendly. Here for the antigen test, lots of chairs to sit waiting for, the service is quite fast, the place is clean, there is parking for motorbikes and cars, the cost of the antigen swab test is quite cheap compared to other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ menejemen buruk orang di biarkan menumpuk, tidak ada sistem yg menjaga protokol kesehatan, klinik terburuk yg pernah saya kunjungi, orang yg sehat bisa tambah sakit.
Bad management of people is allowed to pile up, there is no system that maintains health protocols, the worst clinic I've ever visited, healthy people can get sicker.

Dari nov sampai maret tdk ada tindakan operasi gigi sampai tgl rujukannya habis, dan saya hanya mnt surat rujukan diperpanjang aja hrs antri lama, tdk bsa bantu sama sekali. Admin disini payah! Padahal dokternya baik baik,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test antigen hasilnya lama sekitar 30 menit, harus ditunggu karena KTP ditahan sm kasirnya. Orang yg tes sebelum saya positif tp tidak ada tindakan yg berarti dilakukan oleh pihak klinik untuk meminimalisir penularan.
Hanya menerima cash, tidak bisa pakai kartu atau digital payment lainnya.
