★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas pertama di sambut di klinik ini.. penerima tamu/ kasir gak ada tampang seyum.. gak ramah.. apa mereka gak senang kita berobat di situ ya.. Tolong di ospek itu kasirnya..
When I was first welcomed at this clinic ... the receptionist / cashier did not have a smile ... not friendly ... were they not happy we went for treatment there ... Please at the checkpoint the cashier ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swab antigent,minta legalisir saja ga dikasih padahal saya ada bukti nya kalo saya sudah periksa swab antigent,hasil swab ga ada pdf nya ga kaya tempat lain

Dokter : ini gigi nya gak bisa di tambal pak karena gigi nya goyang..
Saya : trus gmana jadinya bu??
Dokter : tunggu sampe giginya gak goyang baru kita tambal
Saya : berapa hari nunggu nya biar bisa di tambal bu
Dokter : bapak sering cek aja giginya kesini, kalo sakit nanti bisa kesini lagi biar di suntik
Saya : oh begitu ya bu
Dokter : iya pak..
itu lah sekilas percakapan saya dengan dokter gigi di klinil ini..
Alhasil.. setelah selesai percakapan saya di sodorkan kertas ada tulisan bayar kasir 100 ribu rupiah..
saya tanya :
Saya : ini bayar buat biaya apa ya bu
Dokter : nanti bayar cash di kasir ya pak.. biaya pemeriksaan
Dalam hati.. Pemeriksaan aja 100 ribu rupiah?? Saya kecewa berobar disni..
Saya tidak dapat obat, tidak dapat apa2??
Cuman dapat ocehan dokter doang bayar 100 ribu..
sangat menyesal pernah berobat disini..
Tidak akan mau lagi saya berobat disni..

Dokter yg saya temui selama berobat disini ramah
Biaya berobat juga tergolong gak mahal
Hanya saja mba mba perawatnya tidak pernah senyum kepada pasien ..kurang ramah (kalau pelayan publik itu harus ramah )setidaknya senyuman mbanya bisa membuat hati pasien bisa lbih tenang dikala berobat
