★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya minta obat dikirim butuh urgent, bilangnya bisa kirim tapi ga di kirim2. Kebanyakan nanya cash apa transfer, udah gitu nanya lagi cashnya uang pas apa kembalian. Chat banyak pertanyaan tapi balesnya lama sekaliii... harusnya ya klo sudah di jawab cash langsung bwa obat sm siapkan aja kembalian gitu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat parah!! Super slow respon. Pesan obat dari jam 1. Hingga jam setengah 5 sore juga tidak disiapkan juga. Yg lebih parah kemarin beli obat, anjuran minum nya tidak tulis. Padahal obat baru sampai dan jarak dekat, begitu sampai langsung di tanya. Giliran di tanya balasnya besok siangnya lagi. Itu pun di chat terus baru di respon. Yg mau minum obat urgent sudah keburu kelamaan nunggunya. Namanya apotik Berkat tapi tidak memberkati. Ini sudah sering terjadi. Tolong pelayanan nya lebih di tingkatkan lagi!
