In the chat he said it was closed at 16.30, arrived before 16.30, it was already closed, already in traffic & far away

Feb 2021 saya masukin tv, di vonis rusak back light dan harus ganti, total biaya 800rb, oke fine
Diinfo lewat WA TV bisa diambil, eh pas dateng ternyata masih ada problem, muncul titik sinar putih, jadi masih perlu perbaikan, oke pulang dgn tangan hampa
Bbrp hari kemudian diinfo TV bisa diambil dan setelah dites oke, saya bawa pulang, ada garansi 1bln utk kerusakan sama
Sekitar 2-3 minggu muncul lagi sinar titik putih, masukin lagi, bbrp hari kemudian diinfo harus ganti panel, untungnya masih garansi panel, oke fine
Setelah 1bln lebih, baru dapet kabar tv bisa diambil, (itupun saya yg harus aktif tanya) saya samperin dan tes, ternyata..... Modul wifi tidak terpasang, dan mereka sibuk nyari2 dimana partnya. Haduh....
Akhirnya saya ngotot nunggu, karena utk ke sini setidaknya butuh 2 jam PP karena macet

Feb 2021 I put the tv in, the verdict was that the back light was damaged and had to be replaced, the total cost was 800 thousand, okay fine
Was informed via WA TV that it could be retrieved, when I arrived it turned out that there was still a problem, a white light spot appeared, so it still needed repair, okay, I went home empty handed
A few days later it was informed that the TV could be taken and after testing it was okay, I took it home, there is a 1 month warranty for the same damage
About 2-3 weeks, the white dot light appears again, put it in again, a few days later, it was informed that I had to replace the panel, luckily it was still under warranty on the panel, okay fine
After more than 1 month, I just got news that the TV can be picked up, (and even then I have to actively ask) I came and tested, it turns out..... The wifi module is not installed, and they are busy looking for where the parts are. Oops....
Finally I insisted on waiting, because to come here it took at least 2 hours of PP because of traffic jams

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tukang servicenya ga kunjung datang. Ditelpon katanya mau dtg ternyata ga dtg2 juga. CS nya janji mau telpon balik ke saya tapi udah berminggu2 ga nelpon balik. Di WA cuma diread doang tp ga dibls2. Ditelpon eh ternyata ga diangkat2 juga. Mungkin ini service centernya ga butuh konsumen. Tempat ini sungguh ga recommended bgt
The serviceman didn't come. Called he wanted to talk, apparently not too much. CS promised to call back to me but I haven't called back in weeks. In WA, only spread but not dibls2. Called eh apparently was not picked up too. Maybe this service center doesn't need customers. This place is really not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya strategis. Nyaman. Posisi lokasi service terdapat di dalam gedung khususnya di lantai dua. Pelayanan ramah. Tv bergaransi ataupun tidak, bisa di service di tempat ini. apabila tv anda terdapat kerusakan spart part atau penggantian spart part harus menelpon terlebih dahulu ke customer service di pusat (jakarta)
Strategic place. Comfortable. Service location is located in the building, especially on the second floor. Friendly service. Guaranteed TV or not, can be serviced in this place. if your tv is spart damaged or replacement spart part must call first to customer service at the center (Jakarta)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis tv, layar redup hampir sebulan nginep, alasan nya nunggu sparepart lampu datang, tau2 nya di ganti motherboard tanpa bilang dulu, parah nya motherboard nya dipasang yg bekas dan tidak sesuai dengan tv asli nya, casing di ubah ga karuan. Sampe rumah tv susah buat dinyalakan, buat yg lain pikir2 dulu mau servis disini
Tv service, dim screen for almost a month staying, the reason is waiting for spare light parts to arrive, you know the motherboard was replaced without telling me, the bad thing is that the motherboard is installed that is used and doesn't match the original tv, the casing has been changed badly. When I got home, the TV was hard to turn on, for others to think about getting service here
