★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Masa ngasi obat malah bikin tambah sakit, jantung berdebar-debar, akhirnya komplen tuh balik lagi lah. Eh dokternya malah googling, ngasi tau side effect penyakit. Ngakak, baru kali ini dokter googling terus kasih tau ke pasien nya. Kayaknya itu dokter masih baru deh, kebayakan nanya di telfon gitu.
Update:
Setelah nyokap gue konsul ke dokter lain, ternyata dokter disini ngasi obat nya yg gak seharusnya. Saran ya! Lain kali kalian para dokter disini lebih teliti lagi. Kecewa banget gue.
Keselamatan pasien kan utama :)

It seems that the doctor is still new, he usually asks on the phone.

After my mother took me to another doctor, it turned out that the doctor here gave me the wrong medicine. Suggestion yes! Next time, the doctors here will be more careful. I'm very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janji utk dokter Gigi, Katanya Di suruh telepon jam 7, tapi tidak Ada Yang angkat. Apakah sesibuk itu sampai tidak bisa angkat? Padahal setengah jam sblmnya lihat Sepi Dan Ada dua org (staff) duduk Di depan santai2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecil dan bersih ya.. tingkat kebersihan 80 dari 100. Pelayanannya juga cepat. Di tempat yang tidak luas itu, tersedia perawat yang cukup banyak. Desember ke sana dapat kalender buat tahun baru
It's small and clean.. the level of cleanliness is 80 out of 100. The service is also fast. In a place that is not spacious, there are quite a lot of nurses. December there get a calendar for the new year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik ini bekerja sama dengan Air Asia, jadi kalau rapid untuk keperluan penerbangan bakalan dapet harga spesial Rp.95.500. Kalau harga normalnya 120an seinget saya.
Tempatnya rada sempit sih, gak ada parkiran untuk mobil. Parkir motor aja rada susah.
Dokternya (cowo) ramah, cuma lupa tanya namanya siapa. Susternya ada yang ramah ada yang jutek.

The place is rather narrow, there is no parking for cars. Motorcycle parking is rather difficult.
The doctor (male) is friendly, he just forgot to ask his name. Some of the sisters are friendly, some are dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak ramah, apoteker tidak ramah sama sekali. Di komplaint tetapi pura-pura tidak tahu, harusnya staff begini jangan di pekerjakan yang berkecimpung dengan masyarakat.
Sangat di sayangkan padahal kita bayar bukan pakai BPJS
Saran aja mendingan cari klinik lain
The service is very unfriendly, the pharmacist is not friendly at all. Complained but pretended not to know, staff like this should not be employed who work with the community.
It's a pity even though we pay not using BPJS
