★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow just found out they have 20k menu available. I love the chicken. But the new boba drink I tried was not quite satisfying. Their boba was still hard and not soft like other boba. I think you can do better. #fighting #kfc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long time to handle customer. I went at 2pm on a weekday and it took more than 5 minutes with only 1 person ahead for my order to be taken.
The queue area to pickup the order was also very small in comparison to the size of the sitting area AND when other patrons did not observe mandatory social distancing, no one in the store did anything.
