Severe service, poor attitude and unclear information. Customer service should help with the problem, not make it complicated with unreasonable explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya menduga CS di gerai indosat seperti memaksa customer secara halus dengan alasan apapun tanpa ada pilihan, harus migrasi dari prabayar ke pasca bayar atau sebaliknya dari pasca bayar ke prabayar dengan jumlah uang ya tidak sedikit dari seperempat juta hingga setengah juta. Mereka menjawab itu sudah SOP dari indosatnya, klo memang seperti itu, sudah selayaknya kita tinggalkan provider GSM ini perlahan-lahan.
I suspect CS at Indosat outlets is like forcing customers subtly for any reason without any choice, having to migrate from prepaid to postpaid or vice versa from postpaid to prepaid with an amount of money so that it is not small from a quarter million to half a million. They said it was SOP from Indosat, if it was like that, we should leave this GSM provider slowly.
