★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antri lama. Rasanya makin kesini makin gaenak. Kayak ada rasa apanya gitu (SUSAH DIJELASIN POKOKNYA RASANYA ANEH). Beda sama yg dulu. MINTA LESS ICE. PAS JADI MALAH NORMAL ICE. Mbaknya ga denger apa gimana ya? Pas dikasir udah bilang LESS ICE dijawab "iya" padahal ☹️☹️☹️☹️
 Long queue. It feels like it's getting better and better. It's like there's a sense of what it's like (hard to explain, it just feels weird). Different from before. ASK LESS ICE. PAS SO EVEN NORMAL ICE. Ma'am, what do you hear? When I told the cashier I said LESS ICE I answered "yes" even though ️☹️☹️☹️

why buy online via a driver by buying directly the queue is not separated so it takes a long time to buy and the queue.. the online service should be the same as regular and separate the lines.. the original is long and the queue is long

The service is very bad, please separate regular and online customers so it doesn't get messy and I installed the member application, there's no benefit for the driver, I can't get points anymore. What's available is in the quota

This is supposed to be a restaurant for ojol cashiers to separate..we just arrived, the receipt hasn't arrived yet so we've queued first..then waiting for the food again..2 times waiting..if you don't want to open it online just close it
