★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya barusan ngurus surat nikah ke kelurahan sini pelayanannya kurang baik kurang mengayomi masyarakat harus nunggu lama dulu baru dilayanin padahal yg kerja ga cuman satu orang tapi yg ngurusin orang dateng cuman satu orang.
Udah gitu pas sudah selesai dimintain administrasi lagi 50rb sama petugas yang namanya "pa ncup".
I just took care of a marriage certificate in this village, the service is not good, it doesn't protect the community, I have to wait a long time before being served even though there is not only one person working, but only one person who takes care of people comes.
That's it, when it's finished, the administration is asked for another 50 thousand by the officer whose name is "pa ncup".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No seating for those who are waiting or for the eldery. Not even a single fan to cool things. Family registry card(kartu keluarga) making extremely unsatisfactory. Had to wait for 6 months plus another month due to them not telling that the register has been issued.
With all of that, I'm very concerned on how long they would issue ID cards(KTP)
