Pelayanannya sangat baik, para stafnya cekatan, membantu dan ramah. Cukup cepat mengurus beberapa dokumen. Yang terpenting, sudah ada pengumuman agar tidak memberikan tip kepada staf! Sistem pembayaran misalnya untuk memperpanjang sewa tanah makam, selain via Bank DKI sekarang bisa via OVO di Tokopedia dengan kode yg diberikan oleh staf. Kemudian bukti pembayaran dicrop lalu dikirim ke nomor WA Kelurahan Bintaro. Parkiran gak luas, hanya memuat sekitar sepuluh mobil (kalo penuh). Bisa parkir motor, tapi nyempilΒ² di samping atau di depan mobil yg parkir. Untuk nyamannya dan supaya lebih rapi, motor sebaiknya di parkir di depan Puskesmas di samping Kelurahan.

Mantap bener nih petugasnya, 3x mengurus kebutuhan kependudukan selama pandemi ini sangat mudah meski lewat online, 1x urus surat pindah dari DKI ke daerah, 1x urus surat pindah dari luar daerah ke DKI juga cepet dan yang terakhir memperbaharui Kartu Keluarga karena istri baru melahirkan, ini lebih keren lagi karena cepet dan petugasnya #Dengan catatan semua data yang di butuhkan telah lengkap
The staff is really good, taking care of population needs during this pandemic is very easy even though it's online, 1x handling letters moving from DKI to regions, 1x handling letters moving from outside the area to DKI which is also fast and lastly renewing Family Cards because my wife has just given birth, this even cooler because it's fast and the staff #With a note that all the data needed is complete

Datang jam 11:45, ambil antrian, dipanggil nyerahin berkas. Katanya tunggu ya nanti dipanggil. Pas adzan ay nyebrang dzuhur. Sy pikir jam istirahat. Nunggu sampai jam 15:06, pas nanya katanya lagi rapat nunggu TTD. Eh pas dicek lagi udah jadi dan dipanggil pas sholat(yg sy pikir jam istirahat). Nunggu 3 jam gila gak sih. Harusnya: 1. Panggil lagi yg kelewat, jgn apatis krna orang banyak kita gk mungkin nanya klo belum dipanggil. Waktu terbuang 3 jam. Meski pelayanannya sudah ramah. SOP seperti itu baiknya ada. Krna gk semua orang ngeh untuk nanya atau inisiatif nanya. Selebihnya ok. Syukron.

Mengurus perpanjangan makam, proses cepat, pelayanan baik&ramah, dimudahkan dengan menerima pembayaran dengan internet banking bca, bni, tokopedia. Bawa surat keterangan dari makam, foto copy ktp, 1 materai 6000. Prosesnya datang-ambil antrian- isi formulir- diproses- tunggu panggilan- bayar (pakai intern banking bs lsg di dpn petugasnya)- surat lsg jadi. Datang jam 11.10 jam 11.50 selesai. Mantab

Kudunya klo kantor pelayanan masyarakat mah timbang ngeprint aja gratis,, ini ngprint kertas 2 lembar aja harus diluar masa kantor segede kelurahan aja ngga bisa ngprint kan kasian org tua klo monda mandir ,, Kan semua prabotan bukan boleh beli sendiri ,, Payah bgt dah ,, Tinkatin lagi pelayanannya ,,,
The community service office should consider printing it for free, it just prints 2 sheets of paper, it has to be outside the office as big as a village, it can't print, it's a shame for old people when they go back and forth,, You can't buy all the furniture yourself, right? Salut, membuat eKTP anak umur 17thn sangat cepat. Jam buka adalah 08:00AM, dalam masa pandemi dilayani di luar oleh anakΒ² SMK magang. Kelengkapan dokumen diperiksa, setelah itu dipersilahkan masuk untuk foto, pengambilan data serta tanda-tangan. Ke-esokan hari eKTP sudah siap. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya. Catatan: Terlampir foto untuk pelayanan yang ada, serta no WA pelayanan.

Sangat kecewa dengan system antrian VAKSIN BOOSTER DOSIS 3, yang katanya start jam8, saya dtg dengan istri BARENG, Selesainya beda jauh krn setelah tensi suruh balik antri lgi ke belakang. Pak bapak..saya tau anda itu cape, tp jgn bikin orangΒ² yg antri ikutan cape suruh antri 2x, yg bikin cape anda sendiri saya lihat. Kalo tidak punya kapasitas utk mengurus antrian apa g ada humas lain atau tenaga muda lain. Saya liat kasihan tp jengkel jdinya.. Org datang tinggal antri geser ini suruh balik lgi, yg lain ada yg egk..kocak lo Ngurus beginian aja g becus, gmn ngurusin hal lain, mgkin karena anda org lama di kantor ini..
