Saya hendak membeli velg Daytona Beadlock yang diiklankan di Tokopedia sebanyak 5 pcs dengan harga Rp 1,550,000 / pcs. Menurut iklan tersebut pembelian ini mendapatkan free ongkos kirim.
Selanjutnya, pembicaraan saya berlanjut dengan chat di whatsapp. Alangkah terkejutnya karena di percakapan tersebut saya dimintai ongkos kirim sebesar Rp 500,000.
Saya pun menanyakan alasan permintaan tersebut. Dengan angkuh dan arogannya, penjual ini menuliskan “Kalau Bapak tidak setuju, beli saja di tempat lain. Pengiriman ke Bali tidak free!”
Benar-benar sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan seperti ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga ban-bannya tergolong murah dibanding pasaran. Koleksinya juga lumayan lengkap. Tapi ada ongkos pasang 35rb per ban yg diganti
