Pelayanan makin buruk..dokter datang telat,pas anak di periksa cma di tanya2 aja,.padahal sakit udh 5 hri. Bagian farmasi obat nya lelet,.lama2 nunggu obat,cma dikasih obat 3 macem aja,permacem nya cm 4 biji,itu pun bukan sirup,pdhal kn yg sakit anak usia 4th. Bener2 ngecewain bgt klinik ini. Klw ada bintang ½ sya kasih ½,bukan 1 lg.
The service is getting worse.. the doctor comes late, when the child is checked, he just asks questions, even though he has been sick for 5 days. The pharmacy part of the medicine is slow, waiting for the medicine for a long time, only given 3 kinds of medicine, each of them is only 4 seeds, that's not even syrup, even though the sick child is 4 years old. Really disappointed with this clinic. If there is a star I'll give it , not 1 more.

Sengaja di kasih bintang 5 biar di baca, pelayanan nya makin buruk, nunggu obat aja sampai lama banget, apa lagi pas di periksa sama dokter cuma di tanya aja, udh gak rekomendasi banget deh pokoknya kecewa...
Deliberately giving 5 stars so you can read it, the service is getting worse, waiting for the medicine for a very long time, what's more, when you check with the doctor, you just ask, it's not really a recommendation, just disappointed...

Saya berobat diklinik medika cikarang setengah 2 siang nunggu hampir 1jam. Saya bertanya ke bagian komputer gatau siapa suster namanya krna sudah nunggu hampir 1jam terus katanya sedang sedang di wc perawat nya. Saya tanya lagi mau dilayani engga krna saya pulang sudah lama nunggu, galama kemudian suster keluar dari wc terus saya mau nulis data pasien tidak boleh jangan dulu sambil judesss. Terus saya ditimbang 65kg tidak lama kemudian ada dokter keluar berunding dengan susternya didalam ruangan, eh dengan seenaknya membatalkan disuruh nunggu sampai sore atau nunggu sift lain dokternya ga mau nanganin krna ada keperluan. Yang saya keluhkan atw saya masalahkan bukan krna tidak jadi berobatnya, tapi CARA PELAYANAN NYA JUDES, JUTEK, saya bukan nya tidak ingin dihormat tapi SEWAJARNYA jadi perawat nya. Mohon dihimbau perbaikan cara pelayanan nya. Bukan sekali dua kali banyak yg mengadu PELAYANAN JUTEK. MOHON DIPERBAIKI PELAYANAN NYA. MEREKA KAN DIGAJI SAYA JUGA BEROBAT BAYAR JANGAN SEENAKNYA! TERIMAKASIH.
I went to the Cikarang medical clinic for treatment at half past 2 in the afternoon and I waited almost 1 hour. I asked the computer section, I don't know what the nurse's name is because I've been waiting for almost 1 hour and they said she was in the nurse's toilet. I asked again if I wanted to be served or not, because I had been home for a long time, I waited a long time, then the nurse came out of the toilet and I wanted to write down the patient data, you can't just be rude. Then I was weighed 65 kg, not long after, a doctor came out to discuss with his nurse in the room, but he casually canceled being told to wait until the afternoon or wait for another shift, the doctor didn't want to deal with it because there was a need. What I complain about or what I'm concerned about is not because I didn't get treatment, but the WAY OF SERVICE IS JUDES, JUTEK, it's not that I don't want to be respected, but I SHOULD be the nurse. Please be advised to improve the way of service. Not once or twice, many complain about JUTEK SERVICE. PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE. THEY ARE PAID, I WOULD ALSO TAKE CARE DO NOT PAY arbitrarily! THANK YOU.

Klinik macam gtu aja pelayanannya judez banget, dah di setting bgtu atau gmana? Mentang2 pada pake BPJS Pelayanan buruk. Cukup sekali kesitu dan ga lagi2 saya liat rattingnya ternyata juga udah busuk.
Clinics like that, the service is really bad, has it been set up like that or what? Thinking about using BPJS Bad service. It's enough to be there once and again, when I see the rating, it turns out to be rotten.

KLINIK PARAH Pelayanannya, mau buat surat SKD aja disuruh SWAB Antigen Dulu, padahal sudah vaksin Boster, Transportasi jarak jauh aja sudah ga diberlakukan antigen, eh ini buat SKD Aja suruh Swab antigen gada hubungannya, klinik lain aja ga ribet , PARAH SEMOGA DIBACA BUAT PERSONALIA/ KEPALA KLINIKNYA Biar pelayanannya ditingkatkan Jangan CUMA CARI KESEMPATAN TODDDDD
SEVERE CLINIC The service, if you want to write an SKD letter, you are asked to do an Antigen SWAB First, even though you have had the Boster vaccine, you don't have antigen for long distance transportation, but this is for an SKD. Just asking for an antigen swab has nothing to do with it, other clinics won't be complicated, WORST, PLEASE READ FOR PERSONNEL / HEAD OF THE CLINIC So that the service can be improved. Don't just look for opportunities TODDDDD

Klinik pelayanan BURUK judes perawat nya , di periksa ajah kgga sama dokternya nunggu lama ,apa mau sampe 10 kali baru dapet rujukan?? Di kasih obat nya sama semua , saya pake BPJS kelas 1 bayar bukan gratis .. setiap Minggu di suruh balik , tapi dapet obatnya sama .. "emng penyakit kaya makan cabe Truss sembuh" tuh kata perawat farmasinya
The service clinic is BAD, the nurses are bitchy, check it out, can't the doctor wait a long time, do you want it to take 10 times to get a referral?? I was given the same medicine, I used BPJS class 1 to pay, not free.
