★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya tdk adil dgn peraturan yg ada hrusnya mengikuti protokol kesehatan krna yg satu kamar dgn saya keluarga dri perawat jd seenaknya msuk katanya ga ada jam besuk dan klo mau jagain dikamar rawat inap hrus antigen dlu tp samping saya ga diantigen dan boleh masuk tamunya bebas aja smpe 3 org yg msuk tanpa antigen semua bisa2 aja giliran saya yg udh ikut sesuai peraturan yg ada mau aplusan dri suami ke ibu saya saja dipnggil security ga boleh ber3 pdhl sdh antigen semua sesuai aturan sangat disayangkan ya pandemi ini di rs yg bikin RESAH trnyata dri KELUARGA PERAWATNYA SENDIRI keluar masuk siapapun dibolehkan MOHON tindak lanjutnya klo mau diperketat rs nya hrus adil dgn mengikuti protokol yg ada.
 The service is unfair with existing regulations, they should follow health protocols, because the one in the room with me is a family from a nurse, so they come in and say there are no visiting hours and if you want to take care of the inpatient room, you have to have antigen first, but beside me, it's not antigenised and guests can enter freely until they are 3 people who enter without antigen, it's all possible, it's my turn, who has followed the existing regulations, I want a plus from my husband to my mother, just called security, 3 can't be 3 even though all antigens are according to the rules, it's a shame, this pandemic in the hospital that makes you restless, it's actually from the family THE NURSE ALONE IS ALLOWED TO GO IN AND IN ANYONE PLEASE FOLLOW UP, if you want to tighten the hospital, it must be fair by following the existing protocol.
