★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena Motorave Kawasaki Sunter tutup, akhirnya service kesini, tobat service di bengkel ini, datang pagi jam 9, di info baru selesai sore padahal hanya mau service periodik dan master rem, akhirnya pulang drpd buang waktu menunggu sampai sore, sampai jam 14.30 ga ada kabar akhirnya tlp untuk menanyakan statusnya tp no tlp yang tertera nomor showroom, alhasil dpt jawaban "sdh ditanyakan semua lagi sibuk, nanti dikabari oleh bagian bengkel", 1 jam kemudian baru di tlp dan di info bahwa "MOTORNYA BELUM BISA DI SERVICE HARI INI, BESOK BARU BISA DI CEK", ditanya besok selesai jam berapa, jawabnya besok di hubungi kalau sudah selesai, sungguh mengecewakan dpt jawaban tanpa kepastian.
Baru kali ini service motor seperti ini, nama besar KAWASAKI spt ini bengkel resminya sekarang.
Because Motorave Kawasaki Sunter is closed, finally service is here, repentance service at this workshop, comes in the morning at 9, in the new info is finished in the afternoon even though only wants periodic service and brake master, finally came home drpd wasting time waiting until evening, until 14.30 no news finally I called to ask the status but the phone number was the showroom number, as a result you got the answer "I've been asked, all are busy again, later notified by the repair department", 1 hour later on the phone and informed that "THE MOTOR CANNOT BE SERVED TODAY, TOMORROW NEW CAN CHECK ", asked what time it will be finished tomorrow, the answer will be contacted tomorrow when it's finished, really disappointing to get an answer without certainty.
This is the first time a motorbike service is like this, a big name KAWASAKI like this is the official workshop now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah antri pas dapat giliran,seenaknya mekanik a/n HENDRIK mengatakan kalau motor ZX25R tidak bisa disetel lampu utamanya,kadang sy bingung dealer sebesar kawasaki bisa terima mekanik yang belum profesional.tolong pihak kawasaki ditindak lanjuti keluhan pelanggan.
Already in line when I get a turn, the mechanic a / n HENDRIK arbitrarily said that if the ZX25R motorbike cannot be adjusted to the main light, sometimes I am confused that a dealer as big as Kawasaki can accept a mechanic who is not yet professional. Please follow up on customer complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup baik kok service motor disini. Emang cukup ramai jadi antri. Sparepart cukup lengkap harga standar. Mungkin karena banyaknya keluhan di ulasan akhirnya kawasaki g. Selamat memperbaiki pelayanan ya. Dan sekarang cukup memuaskan.
It's good enough to service the motorbike here. It's quite crowded so queue. Spare parts are quite complete at standard prices. Maybe because of the many complaints in the reviews finally kawasaki g. Congratulations on improving the service. And now it's quite satisfying.
