β β β β β pengalaman service terburuk saya dengan kawasaki di bengkel ini. Saya datang ke bengkel ini sudah ke dua kali nya. Service yg pertama kali saya lakukan ya cukup standard dan baik baik saja. Tetapi service kedua sangatlah berbeda, semua kerusakan saya sampaikan pada service desk (Sepertia biasa).
Dan semua kerusakan saya tidak di perbaiki. Ke esokan hari nya saya datang kembali ke bengkel dan bertanya langsung dengan mechanic nya. Tetapi tanggapan dari mechanic sangatlah tidak baik. Beliau sangat tidak senang. Lalu saya memutuskan untuk membawa motor saya ke bengkel kawasaki lain nya.
Ini pengalaman service terburuk saya selama 10 tahun menggunakan Kawasaki.
my worst service experience with Kawasaki in this workshop. I have come to this workshop twice. The first service I did was pretty standard and OK. But the second service is very different, all the damage I convey to the service desk (As usual).
And all my damage is not repaired. The next day I came back to the garage and asked directly with his mechanic. But the response from the mechanic is not very good. He was very unhappy. Then I decided to take my motorbike to another Kawasaki workshop.
This is my worst service experience for 10 years using Kawasaki.

β β β β β bengkel resmi paling kacau, mekanik nya belagu belagu... cuma mau ganti shcok belakang, bawa sendiri karena disana ga ada stok. pdhl original juga ganti nya bukan after market. dengan muka belagu nolak pasang dan ngomel2 dengan bahas sunda, dikira gua ga paham. gua juga orang sunda. untung msh bisa nahan emosi, kl engga mau gua ajak duel itu mekanik nya yang brewokan. asli kesel banget, montir aja belagu....
the official workshop is the most chaotic, the mechanic is not sure how to replace the rear shock, bring it yourself because there is no stock there. pdhl original also replace it not after market. with a hesitant face, refused pairs and grumbled with Sundanese, thought I didn't understand. I'm also a Sundanese. fortunately, I can hold back my emotions, if I don't want me to have a duel, the mechanic is the beard. really really upset, the mechanic just didn't hesitate ...

β β β β β Udh 2x service disini dan ada Bbrpa mekanik Pelayanan kurang baik , ketersediaan sparepart bnyak yg gk ada ,Socket body motor pada patah, Biaya service 165rb gk sesuai sma pekerjaannya ... Dan tiap ganti part pasti ada jasa/biaya terpisah ..
Udh 2x service here and there are some mechanics The service is not good, the availability of spare parts is not there, the socket of the motor body is broken, the service fee of 165 thousand doesn & amp; # 39; t match the same job ... And every time you replace parts there must be a separate service / fee ..

β β β β β Turun motor kawasaki ninja 250 sl tanggal 27 mei 2021, sampai sekarang saya review tanggal 13 juli 2021 stnk dan plat nomer belum jadi juga, pertama telepon minggu ke 4 setelah motor turun ke bagian stnk kata nya komputer eror, telpon ke 2 minggu 5 setelah motor turun juga kata nya eror koputer nya, minggu ke 1 bulan juli telepon kata nya kendala di faktur, minggu ke 2 telepon juga alasan kendala di faktur. Ini sebener nya di urusin gak sih stnk ?? Apakan pembuatan stnk sampai 2 bulan ??? Kecewa sekali, buru buru albeli motor supaya bisa cepat di bawa kesana kemari, tqpi sampai sekarang tanggal 13 juli 2021 stnk belum jadi. Nyesel banget
Get off the kawasaki ninja 250 sl motorbike on 27 may 2021, until now I have reviewed on 13 july 2021 the license plate and number plate haven't been made yet, first call the 4th week after the motorbike goes to the stnk section it says computer error, call 2nd week 5th after the motorbike down also said the computer error, the 1st week of July the phone said the problem was on the invoice, the 2nd week the call was also the reason for the problem on the invoice. Is this really being taken care of, isn't it stnk?? Is the stnk making up to 2 months??? Very disappointed, hurry to buy the motorbike so that it can be brought here and there quickly, but until now on July 13, 2021 the stnk has not been finished. So sorry

β β β β β Good service. Actually affordable price if we're considering the prices of the bike itself. There's a comfortable waiting room, the technician are all trustworthy and do their job well. You can't go wrong on an authorized official workshop.
