nya ya berharap di lantai 1 ruang tunggunya sama seperti lantai 3 memberikan kenyamanan nunggu antrian & mohon di perhatikan lagi tempat duduk nya buat orang nunggu hasil ronsen & lab gak pada berdiri lagi.. Terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit ga ada profesional nya sama sekali, hasil PCR lama sekali tidak sesuai yang dijanjikan sehingga keluarga saya tertinggal pesawat ke luar negeri. Udah gitu ga masuk ke peduli lindungi juga, ditanyain customer service by telepon cuma ya ya aja jawabannya. Saran saya jangan pernah PCR disini jika untuk kebutuhan perjalanan. Sungguh tidak profesional
The hospital has no professionals at all, the results of the old PCR were not as promised, so my family missed the flight abroad. After all, it doesn't go into caring about protecting too, when asked by customer service by telephone, the answer is yes. My advice is never to PCR here if it is for travel needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tes PCR Jumat tgl 4 Januari 2022 hasil keluar Sabtu tgl 5 Januari 2022 dengan hasil positif sampai sekarang Minggu tgl 6 Januari 2022 hasil tidak terintegrasi di peduli lindungi (atau memang gak diinput ya), saya mau klaim asuransi gak bisa karena peduli lindungi tidak ada hasil tes nya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antre PCR sampai 3 jam lamanya. Antrian antigen dan PCR digabung. Padahal orang yang PCR itu biasanya yang sudah ada gejala sedang, atau berat. Sehingga memilih untuk mengeluarkan uang lebih.
Setelah 24 jam hasil PCR-nya pun belum keluar. Pada saat test, perawat yang ambil sample cuma satu. Astagaaa, pantes lama bangett.
Walaupun 24 jam bukanya, sebaiknya dibuat antrian online. Orang kan gak melek 24 jam. Apalagi banyak orang yang test disitu dalam kondisi sakit.
Sudah antre segitu padatnya, mereka masih buka untuk pendaftaran offline PCR dan antigen juga loh. Jadi, sama sekali gabisa terprediksi jumlah pasien yang datang. Kalau yang daftar online kan harus isi tanggal kunjungannya.

The queues are so dense, they are still open for offline PCR and antigen registration too. So, it is completely impossible to predict the number of patients who come. If you register online, you have to fill in the date of your visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila sih bisa hampir 2 jam antri antigen doang. Yang kesini jarak nya gak deket2 banget mending gausah kesini. LELET banget semua staff nya, 1 orang masuk ambil sample doang bisa makan waktu hampir 10menit. Antrian diluar jadi berkerumun lama banget. Kenapa gak bikin system antrian online aja yg udah ketahuan akan dapat jam berapa. Udah register data di HP eh di dalam ada lagi administrasi, lama juga. Dan didalam pun masih antri lagi tindakan ambil sample.
Dimeja ambil sample eh petugas nya pake nanya antigen atau pcr? Mana sambil ngobrol2 bercandaan.
Dan sama petugas ambil sample masih nulis nama manual lagi.
Parah sih ini manajemennya. Jadi gak yakin juga sama hasilnya kalo semrawut ini.
Super bad experience.

Why not just make an online queuing system that already knows what time it will get. I've registered data on my cellphone, but there's more administration inside, it's been a long time. And inside, there are still queues for taking samples.
At the table to take samples, do the officers ask for antigens or PCR? Where are you talking about jokes?
And the same officer taking the sample is still writing the name of the manual again.
This is bad management. So I'm not sure if the results are the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Syarat penerbangan ke saudi sekarang yaitu harus PCR test di klinik yang ditunjuk oleh kedutaan saudi. Salah satunya RS ini.
Lokasi lumayan bagus, walau minim lahan parkir.
Petugas cukup ramah, satpam dan juga reception.
Transaksi sudah non tunai (OVO serta bisa transfer ke rek mandiri mereka).
Tempat PCR container buka 24 jam, saat datang tinggal ambil nomer antrian lalu dipangging ke dalam lalu bayar dan ngantri lagi di luar ruang sampel.
Gak ribet dan bila hasil diambil pagi (sebelum jam 10) kemungkinan hasil bisa langsung keluar malam hari itu juga.
Bila dirasa pulogadung terlalu jauh anda juga bisa ke klinik yang satu grup dengan rumah sakit ini yakti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad IGD Team specially they called "ibu inang" un proffesional and to much talking but no action at all, all IGD team and patient and family of patient scared to her, coz she had "power" and close to member of Director. So she can do what she'd like in this hospital..
