Pengalaman saya Kirim barang darisini ke Manado.
ada yang gak beres karena berbulan2 barang yang saya kirim tidak pernah sampai tujuan.
akhirnya saya coba chat di IG Resmi Pos indonesia melalui DM, tetapi jawaban dari Operator selalu menunggu, bahkan setiap kali bertanya saya selalu diminta No Resi data diri dan barang yang dikirim.
setelah berbulan2 saya datang ke kantor pos ini lagi, tempat saya kirim barang, katanya dilaporan operator barang sudah sampai. tapi penerima tidak pernah menerima barang yang saya kirim.
saya minta saran dari petugas pos katanya, saya bisa claim di pos tempat barang dikirim tapi claim untuk keterlambatan pengiriman saja (mereka mengakui kalau memang terlalu lama) tapi anehnya barang tidak pernah diterima ditujuan.

something was wrong because for months the items I sent never reached their destination.
finally I tried to chat on the official IG Pos Indonesia via DM, but the answer from the operator was always waiting, even every time I asked, I was always asked for the personal data receipt number and the items sent.
after months I came to this post office again, where I sent the goods, he said the goods operator reported it had arrived. but the recipient never received the item I sent.
I asked for advice from the postal clerk he said, I could claim at the post where the goods were sent but only claim for late delivery (they admit that it was too long) but strangely the goods were never received at the destination.
