★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering mendadak tutup,sekali ada teller sore,dibuat menunggu sampai dia selesai membereskan kiriman,dan setelah selesai tidak mau memproses pengembalian barang ke shopee,dgn alasan tidak bisa,padahal di websitenya bilang BISA,sangat tidak proffesional,tapi bapak teller di pagi hari ramah dan memproses pengembalian barang ke shopee,jadi ada yg profesional,ada juga yg tdk profesional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, dan dingin. Banyak tempat duduk. Bapak di loket 1 siap membantu. Kalo belum mau ngirim, tanya-tanya aja dipersilahkan. Saya ngirim paket ke Amerika, dikira bakal ribet dan lama sehubungan ke luar negeri, tapi nggak sama sekali, prosesnya malah cepet banget. Mantap?
Ternyata tutupnya jam 9. Yang tutup jam 7 itu cuman 'pusatnya'. Itu sih menurut bapaknya, tapi saya jaga-jaga ngirim jam 5-an, seandainya jam 7 emang tutup.
The place is comfortable, clean and cold. Lots of places to sit. Bapak at counter 1 is ready to help. If you don't want to send it, just ask questions. I sent a package to America, thought it would be complicated and long due to go abroad, but not at all, the process was very fast. Great?
