★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kena hacnk akun istri saya soal shopee payleater tidak mengunakan shopee pay leater tapi tetap penagihan.di jelasin suruh TLP castomer servis dgn baik2 minta keringanan di keadaan fandemik covid 19 cuman hanya tetap saja begitu masih TLP penagihan padahal gw ga berniat buat ga bayar tapi pengenkejelasan saja biar bayarnya di rmh tapi bilang ga bisa pake ngancam2 segala klo menurut gw tim shopee ga profesional banget mentingin ke untungan sendiri apa lagi di jaman covig 19 di mna pak preaident menangguhkan cicilan tapi bagi shopee tetap saja harusnya bijak sana jadi menurut gw aplikasi bener2 ga punya hati nurani.
 I got hit by my wife's account about the shopee payleater not using the shopee pay leater but still billing. It was explained that I asked the TLP castomer to service properly, ask for relief in the fandemic state of covid 19, but only still so it's still TLP billing even though I don't intend to not pay but clarification just let me pay at home but say you can't use threats if in my opinion the shopee team is not really professional, it wants to profit itself what else in the covig 19 era where did Pak Preaident postpone the installments but for shopees it should still be wise there so in my opinion the application is really not have a conscience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya saya pesan minyak goreng di seller Shopee. Di hari yang sama di jam yang beda yakni jam 5an sore saya dihubungi melalui chat Shopee dan Whatsaap yang meminta saya mengganti jasa kurir. Saya diberi link melalui whatsapp. Saya klik link tersebut muncul jasa kurir, saat saya pilih jasa kurir Shopee express , tidak bisa. Akhirnya saya tidak lanjutin lagi. Saya bilang ke pihak seller jasa kurirnya tidak bisa diklik. Kemudian seller menawarkan untuk bantu saya mengganti jasa kurir pengiriman. Saya setuju tanpa memberikan kode OTP apapun ke mereka. Anehnya kok bisa akun shopee saya di hack. Ketahuan akun di hack saat saya buka akun shopee jam 11an malam. Langsung saya chat agent online shopee, saya lapor kejadian akun di hack dan minta tolong dana saya jangan sampai terpotong ke oknum penipu. Jikalau sempat terpotong saya minta dana saya dikembalikan. Saya ada lampirkan link yang diberikan oknum penipu ke agent online shopee. Saya dibuatkan laporan dan diminta kesabarannya menunggu dalam 3 hari kedepan akan dihubungi oleh pihak shopee melalui email yang aktif. Saya sempat follow up tgl 14, 16 dan 20 Agustus'21. (Saya ada screen shoot pembicaraan dengan agent online Shopee jadi saya tahu tgl berapa saja saya follow up.) Selalu saya diminta kesabarannya menunggu karena masih ditangani pihak Shopee. Saya tidak menerima paket apapun dari akun seller penipu itu, tau tau tgl 21 Agustus'21 paket saya dinyatakan selesai dan dana saya tetap tidak kembali. Saya buatkan kembali laporan melalui chat agent online dan telepon ke 1500702, paket saya tidak terima kenapa bisa dinyatakan selesai dan dana saya juga tidak kembali. Seperti biasa saya diminta kesabarannya menunggu 3 hari kedepan untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak Shopee. Dana saya tidak sedikit yang disalahgunakan itu itungan jutaan.. disaat pandemi begini susah cari duit masih sempat sempatnya kebobolan dana shopee disalahgunakan oleh oknum penipu.
Initially I ordered cooking oil at the Shopee seller. On the same day at a different hour, at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, I was contacted via Shopee and Whatsaap chat asking me to change the courier service. I was given a link via whatsapp. I clicked on the link, a courier service appeared, when I chose the Shopee express courier service, it couldn't. In the end I didn't go on anymore. I told the seller the courier service couldn't be clicked. Then the seller offered to help me change the delivery courier service. I agree without giving any OTP code to them. Strange how can my shopee account be hacked. Found out the account was hacked when I opened a shopee account at 11 o'clock at night. I immediately chatted with the shopee online agent, I reported the incident the account was hacked and asked for my funds not to be cut off to the fraudsters. If I get cut off I ask for my funds back. I have attached the link given by the fraudster to the shopee online agent. I was made a report and asked for patience to wait in the next 3 days to be contacted by shopee via an active email. I had a follow up on August 14, 16 and 20'21. (I have a screen shot of the conversation with Shopee's online agent so I know what date I follow up.) I am always asked to wait patiently because it is still being handled by Shopee. I did not receive any package from the fraudulent seller's account, you know that on August 21'21 my package was declared complete and my funds still did not return. I regenerated the report via the online chat agent and called 1500702, my package did not receive why it was declared complete and my funds were not returned either. As usual, I was asked for patience to wait for the next 3 days to be followed up by Shopee. Not a few of my funds have been misused, it's in the millions.. when this pandemic is hard to find money, there is still time to concede shopee funds that are misused by fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong kantor shopee.. Kok bisa yah username dengan aktivasi spaylater pake KTP yang berbeda. Kalo di APK lain, username sm KTP beda aja udah gabisa. KTP saya telah di salah gunakan dengan orng yang tdk bertanggung jwb. Mungkin saya tertipu, tapi harusnya APK Shopee lebih detail soal aktivasi spaylater. Saya adlh pengguna shopee, saya suka belanja. Tpi saya kecewa ketika saya tahu ternyata KTP saya telah aktivasi spaylater dgn username orng lain. Trmksih
Shopee office, please.. How come the username with spaylater activation uses a different ID card. In other APKs, the username and ID card are different, it doesn't work. My ID card has been misused by an irresponsible person. Maybe I was deceived, but the Shopee APK should have been more detailed about spaylater activation. I am a shopee user, I like shopping. But I was disappointed when I found out that my ID card had been activated by a Spaylater with someone else's username. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tgl 16 desember 2021 saya pesan makan siang di shopee food, saya melakukan pemesanan seperti biasa, tp 4 hari kemudian ditanggl 21 desember tiba tiba akun saya ditutup permanen dg alasan pelanggaran ketentuan promosi shopee food. saya mencoba meminta bantuan melaui email dan instagram nya tp sampai hari ini saya masih tidak dapat masuk ke akun saya. padahal saya mau bayar tagihan shopee pinjam. sangat mengecewakan
On December 16, 2021, I ordered lunch at Shopee Food, I made an order as usual, but 4 days later, on December 21, my account was suddenly closed permanently on the grounds of violating the terms of the Shopee Food promotion. I tried to ask for help via email and Instagram but to this day I still can't log into my account. even though I want to pay the shopee borrowed bill. very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 Desember 2021 Shopee melakukan maintenance dan tiba2 melog out akun saya. Saya coba lig in dengan banyak cara sdh gabisa. Dari pengajuan nomor tlp, sdh di ACC by email oleh Shopee. Saat log in dipangu CS jg ttp gabisa. Kode OTP gabisa diterima. Kecewa banget. Akun saya hilang dan gak akan bisa saya log in. Kalo ngadu ke CS, jawaban CS cuma bisa menunggu kelanjutan lewat email begitu terus Sampek kapan saya Gatau. Saya sebagai customer sudah berusaha log in Krn masih percaya Shopee ini OS yg bisa saya percaya. Tapi ternyata untuk masalah akun saja saya gabisa dapet solusi. Saya masih ada tagihan SpLater dan Krn akun saya ilang saya gak akan dapet notifikasi. Ini bentuk tanggung jawab saya yg masih berusaha membayarkan tagihan saya pada Shopee tapi apakah Shopee punya tanggung jawab buat balikin akun saya lagi enggak mereka cuma mempersulit saya untukk log in padahal itu hak saya akun saya sendiri yg dimana Shopee jg butuh custumer tapi custumer mereka dipersulit dalam segala hal dan segala cara. Gangerti maunya apa udah capek semua nya harus by email trs terusan tapi gak ada solusi kalo do coba failed bangett
December 4, 2021 Shopee did maintenance and suddenly logged out of my account. I've tried logging in in many ways and it doesn't work. From the submission of the telephone number, it has been ACC by email by Shopee. When logging in, CS also supports it, but it doesn't work. OTP code cannot be received. Very disappointed. I lost my account and I can't log in. If you complain to CS, CS's answer can only wait for the follow-up via email, so that's it. Until when, I don't know. I as a customer have tried to log in because I still believe that Shopee is an OS that I can trust. But it turns out I can't find a solution for the account problem alone. I still have a SpLater bill and because my account is gone I won't get a notification. This is a form of responsibility I'm still trying to pay my bill to Shopee but do Shopee have the responsibility to return my account again, don't they just make it difficult for me to log in even though it's my right to my own account where Shopee also needs customers but their customers are made difficult in everything and everything. Don't know what you want, you're tired, everything has to be done by email, but there's no solution, if you try it, it really fails

The day is approximately 16.30 my shopee account logouts itself. I can't log in again, it can't be a new account anymore where my spylater bill is due on the 25th. Shopeepay there are still 150 thousand more shopee coins 30 thousand of my order is still there ... what is the solution, calling cs can't be busy ... live chat doesn't work either
